Losing parents because of the war. Story of 10-year-old Elvira | Shakhtar's aid to children of war

💔 We bring you the story of 10-year-old Elvira who lost her parents due to the war.
The girl's mother and father were border guards and served in one of the units of the Defence Forces of Ukraine. They died defending the country.
After the death of her parents, her cousin Olena took custody of the girl. Currently, Elvira's brother and sister are serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Shakhtar Social provided financial assistance to the family and bought the necessary household appliances.
Currently, Shakhtar Social takes care of 23 families (38 children) who have received more than UAH 3.1 million of aid.
