ಸಂಸತ್‌ ಚಳಿಗಾಲದ ಅಧಿವೇಶನ 11ನೇ ದಿನಕ್ಕೆ ಕಾಲಿಟ್ಟಿದ್ದು, ಲೋಕಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಗದ್ದಲ ಮುಂದುವರಿದಿದೆ. ವಿಪಕ್ಷ ಹಾಗೂ ಆಡಳಿತ ಪಕ್ಷದ ಸದಸ್ಯರ ನಡುವೆ ಹಲವು ವಿಚಾರಕ್ಕೆ ವಾಕ್ಸಮರ ನಡೆದಿದ್ದು, ಸದಸ್ಯರ ವರ್ತನೆಗೆ ಲೋಕಸಭೆ ಸ್ಪೀಕರ್ ಓಂ ಬಿರ್ಲಾ ಅಸಮಾಧಾನ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿದರು. ಎರಡು ಕಡೆಯವರೆಗೂ ಕಿವಿ ಹಿಂಡಿದ ಸ್ಪೀಕರ್ ಓಂ ಬಿರ್ಲಾ, ವಿರೋಧ ಪಕ್ಷದ ಮತ್ತು ಆಡಳಿತ ಪಕ್ಷದ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ನಾಯಕರ ನಡವಳಿಕೆಯು ಸಂಸತ್ತಿನ ನಿಯಮಗಳಿಗೆ ಅನುಸಾರವಾಗಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಲು ನಾನು ವಿಷಾದಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ. ಸಂಸತ್ತಿನ ಘನತೆ, ಸಂಪ್ರದಾಯಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರತಿಷ್ಠೆಗಳನ್ನು ಎತ್ತಿ ಹಿಡಿದರೆ ಜನರಿಗೆ ಸಕಾರಾತ್ಮಕ ಸಂದೇಶ ಹೋಗುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು.
