मुजे Gym नहीं खोलना.. मुजे एसा equipment चाहिए जो घर में लगा शकु और सारी exercise (ज्यादा तर) उससे हो जाए और सस्ता भी हो.
एक सलाह देना चाहूँगा.. उम्मीद कर्ता हू आप बुरा नहीं मानोगे..
आप franchise क्यु नहीं खोलते.. आपके पास इतना अनुभव है और 2 Gym भी हे..
जिसे भी Gym खोलना है आपको contact करेगा.. आप एक fees लेके पहले location देख लीजिए.. फिर सही लगे तो सारा equipment आप का और जगह आपके पार्टनर का..
आपके पास तो सारे equipment बनाने वालो की जानकारी होगी और used equipment भी आप खरीदकर रख सकते हैं.
जेसे ही किसी ने जगह खरीदी.. Equipment की सारी सिरदर्द आपका..
अगर पार्टनरशिप नहीं ज़मी तो आप आपके equipment के साथ चले जाएंगे और वो अपनी जगह का जो चाहे वह करे..
क्या लगता है?

I have a property of 31*40 space on a prime location 36 feet road where you can park over 30 cars at a time because the is adjoining to a college and school which are closed during gym time my only concern is that is it ample space for a decent gym for members upto 100 to 150 I can invest upto 60-70 lacs including building built up what's your thoughts on this thanks
