it may be possible but since you used identical motors, the capacity of the motor acting as generator is just equal to when it was used as a motor therefore adding a load to your genset aside from the motor use as drive will overload your generator thus burning the coil, not 25kw because when you say 25kw it means 25000watts but your electric fan motor is usually from 35 to 65 watts only, therefore your capacity of your generator is with in that range.

I made the generator side but could only get about 7 to 8VAC to come out, so there's no way it can power the motor when it needs over 200VAC. Maybe more magnets would help but it would need to be heaps

They will give out only the Current needed: not more, nor less. That's why only one alternator isn't enough for producing more than 500W excess energy.
You are right. 235V can be produced but 25KW is really impossible with this small motor. If this was so simple why the hell 20KW generators are this much heavy and large? I understand that they have engine but the generator is also big enough to occupy that space.

This is why he only plugs light bulbs which easily work with the higher frequency that he is currently generating. Also, you cannot draw more load (current) than the Coil wires are rated for or you will melt the generator. I am going to do one where I show that I can convert the output to the correct frequency for home use, 110v/120v 60Hz.

Those are AC fan motors $40-$90 each on ebay, the cube neodymian magnets, $30, the pulleys and belt, $36. You need a bearing puller to get at the rotor, $36. You need Tungsten Carbide drill bits to drill the rotor, $30. If you don't have tools then add all that cost, you need multi-meters to check voltage and frequency.

I made the generator side but could only get about 7 to 8VAC to come out, so there's no way it can power the motor when it needs over 200VAC. Maybe more magnets would help but it would need to be heaps

There is always a possibility some of them to be true, but most of them are fake. I did a research about how to do such generators and to be honest, you need not one, but at least two or three alternators. For those, who don't know:
There are 2 working principles when it comes to alternators
1. Around 5000-6000 RPM they will produce their max Current.
2. They will give out only the Current needed: not more, nor less.
That's why only one alternator isn't enough for producing more than 500W excess energy.
To obtain 25KW under 235 V you need at least 110 A , so impossible here ! just wires can not sustain so much intensity , this video is a joke😂
