She doesn't have to be brutally honest and tell you how bad you are if she's not enjoying sex with you; but when a guy is not giving her what she needs to be satisfied, she needs to communicate these things. I am not sure but my wife used to "don't stop"! My face would be red from the diving in part and I would be out of breath needing to come up for air. Then it all changed... No intimacy at all from her side. I decided to just do what she wants "cuddle" without asking, motioning for it and just accept it.
