Cause that is Grandmasters Gauntlet Doom - Very high HP and Attack ratingf plus Doom has a high Block Penetration
And the node reduces your block proficiency per hit taken on block

Kabam still remain the real cheat one, what they love most is to see you losing health for nothing sake, either you got hit or not, just keep losing health.
