this is not for a middle class person project cost will go around 100 cr and no body is going to give you that huge amount without a collateral guarantee so forget unless you have 15-20 in your pocket as small plants operation is not profitable

Biggest problem in this setup is availability of raw material that is molasses....if it is available for complete year uninterrupted from sugar mills than only this business can be sustained with a good margin of 5-8%.
