1) Can Muhurtha lagna vary depending on individual's lagna? Which ones are recommended for whom?
2) There was a talk about stars (e.g. Movable stars are good for travel). Likewise, any information about lagna for particular events?

I believe all 21 rules cannot be followed. Either we have remedy or antidote for all and/or few among the 21 rules must be followed for few activities like that.
