I had the same issue. Paid and then nothing. Reached out to the support team, waiting for a reply. Basically I didn't receive an email from Coinstats confirming the purchase and connecting the purchase to an account. Which is unfortunate.
I signed up, card was debited (correct amount), but no confirmation, Yesterday support was "closed." (?) sent an email a few minutes ago. You shouldn't charge a customer and not enable his account.

I do the same, never put all your eggs in the same basket. Just in case something goes wrong. Also some exchanges only have certain tokens that you can purchase.

Did you say that the app is able to read inside the exchange and wallet, all the buys and sells and transactions to calculate the average buying price and give you an estimate percent of gains???

It’s not access. It’s like going to a museum. You can see everything but not access it. Most blockchains are totally transparent anyway
