Drowning (and other) sounds much2 better in concert.❤And someone mentioned in the chat that his hype went down when he started doing rock. But it’s the contrary, Woodz started getting known among the non-fans when he was part of some festivals and rock festivals last year. He gained many new fans from there. He’s getting recognition a lot through ‘i hate you’.
Saw him live just a week ago in his show here in Manila. He was under the weather (coughing every song break) but he KILLED this song. And THE LIVE BAND! 🔥 damn still have PCD til this day.

Kiss of fire and Chaser are honestly my top 2 favorite songs of his. They have been on repeat since the album they're on came out and I am still not tired of them. lemme tell you I'm SO HAPPY Woodz is finally seeing a boom in recognition not just in Korea too. He's been my fav soloist for YEARS now and is almost always in the top 5 artists of my Spotify wrapped. And his voice??? Like can we talk about how incredible this man is? The type of scream he's able to do with the rasp in it is INCREDIBLY difficult to do without hurting your vocal chords. It's an early punk-rock vocal technique that stayed in the rock genres because it was so difficult for anyone outside of that vocal style to do. He's just mind blowing.

Drowning is probably my favorite song this year! I know I can't sing as well as Woodz but singing along is therapy! I found Woodz during Colorful Trauma Era and I have loved everything I have heard from him.
The reason why he is and will always be my favorite soloist. The emotions he puts in his songs cannot be compared, the music hits so much harder near heart it's unbelievable
I listened to drowning because an idol I knew (not personally of course) recommended it and went on a WOODZ music marathon and I gotta say I don’t regret it one bit. Kiss of fire is personally my favorite song of his. And I really enjoyed watching you react to it. Especially since all my friends are against K-pop for some unknown reason and won’t listen to music with me.

When colorful trauma was released, i thought there’s no way it gonna top only lovers left. Then it did (or equally as good). And when he’s coming with a new album i’m more than confident the new album would not top colorful trauma / OLL, but my oh my… it exceeded my expectations and more!! It’s ridiculous how good Woodz along with Nathan and the rest are!!
