DE GOD SON, in Nana Addo and Bawuliar's eyes the nation Ghana is still under COVID hmmmmmm. Ghana is sick. As for the car custom duties only time will tell. The duty is made in that order so that in the event that the importer is not able to pay within a specific period of time those who think because they have authority and can do whatever they want can pay pennies and take the car. I experienced it just recently, the custom duty for a Toyota Sequoia that I shipped to Ghana was so much around GHc 170,000 plus. After struggling to put those money together, I was told that because I was not able to put together that amount within a specific time, the Commissioner of Customs have sold my car. I have cursed the person who have my car that he/she will pay for that and his children's children will also pay for that ill acquired car. I am working to pay back the loan I used to buy that car. It is painful and heartbreaking but that's Ghana for you. Hmmmmmm they will continue to die prematurely with their eyes open, yes even in death their eyes will not close. Period!!!!!!!
