I said exactly these words no more than 2 weeks ago when i put it on and just listened through. The production value and general impact of every bar is fucking outrageous and it's like people just don't care anymore. Loved this album. I remember I was very enthusiatic about the album when I heard that it was coming out more than 10 years ago. Nas and Damian are true legends. Big up!
I was very fortunate enough to see Damien Marley and Nas in Concert promoting this album 12 years ago. It was in Rock The Bells in San Bernandino, I was 19 years old at the time and that concert they did was off the freaking chain!!! At the time, I was extremely bummed out because I missed out on the opportunity to see the System of A Down Reunion concert, but Damien Marley & Nas completely made up for it big time and made me forget about the SOAD reunion concert.
Man this album still rocks in my headphones. Distant Relatives was a highly anticipated album for me. Once they came out with As We Enter I couldn't wait at all. I love that they are spreading Jah message through different channels.
If you haven't done so already, give this album a listen from start to finish...EASILY a masterpiece...these 2 have another level of chemistry...PATIENCE isbine of the greatest chunes EVER penned...
Two very very very great Artists combined just makes the very very very best music, Nas and Damian have never disappointed me and always fail to do so!!

Vevo seriously censored "ganja"? Why?

+redacted187 the hilarious thing is that nas said "guns" literally a second before that and they didn't censor that
Because lizards...
redacted187 LMAO THEY CENSORED PISS IVE BEEN DYING SINCE 2010
and after i commented abt how it's funny that they censored "i got the ganja" and didn't censor "i got the guns" they censored it too

it's funny that they censored "i got the ganja" but didn't censored "i got the guns"
Other way around bud
also blured out; gunshots, winston, pissin', and shit
they did their job after reading that comment the both r censored now hhhh
Omar Skinnyone "I got the guns" are censored, basically. If you hear it, "guns" sound reversed.

Bet your jewels on it, you don't want to lose on it
Either move on or move on it
[Verse 2: Damian Marley & Nas]
Queens to Kingston
Gunshot we use and govern the kingdom
Rise of the Winston, I can see the fear up in your eyes
Realize you can die any instant
And I can hear the sound of your voice
When you must lose your life like mice in the kitchen
Snitchin', I can see him pissin' on hisself
And he's wettin' up his thighs and he tryin' to resist it
Switchin', I can smell him diggin' up shit like a fly
Come around and be persistent
That's how you end up in a hit list
In a badman business
No evidence, crime scene fingerprint-less
Flow effortless, casual like the weekends
No pressure when we're comfy and decent
We set this off beastin', huntin' season
And, frankly speakin'
[Hook: Nas]
