People make stupid comments, judging Ryanair pilots, telling them how to land a plane properly from their couple hundred hours experience in bloody ‘Real’ Flight Simulator, that they bought on their iPhone 6 for £0.79. Whilst these pilots have paid a hundred grand and spend their entire career getting you where you want to go safely. Think you can land any better? Why not give it ago in a real airplane, I think you’ll find it’s harder than you thought. You’ll also find that Ryanair has some of the safest SOPs (standard operating procedures) in the world. When have you ever heard of a Ryanair crash, or even a fatality - don’t quote me on that VERY last bit, a passenger may have died from a medical cause. Also, Bournemouth has a very short runway for a 737. That means the pilot didn’t flare as much to avoid going off the end of the runway.
