Boukje Compen on her research on educational development

At the Faculty of Health, Medicine and Life Sciences (FHML), Boukje Compen researches educational development and teacher identity. Her research is strongly connected to her work as a faculty developer. In this video, she introduces her research and herself as a Member of the Maastricht Young Academy (MYA). The MYA is a group of early-career scientists from Maastricht University. Their aim is to operate as an independent - and, when necessary critical - platform within the university.
