I met Roger at MCM he is literally the sweetest human, so happy to talk with his fans and the amount of times I heard him shout “Lenny” at the top of his lungs, he must’ve ruined his throat that weekend
26:28 - Thats me, Met him at his Autograph booth after this and honestly one of the nicest Actors i have met, He came round the front of the booth and asked me my name said he loved my costume asked me what my fav part of the game was and then signed a photo for me, he then gave me a firm handshake said " Your alright BoAh" laughed and thanked me for being a fan. Starstruck was an understatement and he is such a genuine guy. This is why i love MCM!
At least Roger Clark played the game. All the 3 actors from GTA V does not know the story of their own game. Roger seems to be a gamer like us, he know games like us. That's awesome
Yeah ned luke, who plays Michael De Santa, has spoke on, and posted on social media about beating the game more then once. Same with Solo, who plays Franklin. Steven Ogg, (Trevor) has said that he's not a gamer, and sucks at video games.
Very rare to like the actor just as much the character. This man nailed the performance. My favorite character of all time and I’m grateful for the experience.
In reference to the discussion around 20:00 - [Spoiler] I think Arthur realized he wasn't going the right way BEFORE he got diagnosed with TB. There are many comments in his diary doubting Dutch and his own decisions before that, plus a range of comments he makes during gameplay. The diagnosis only sped up the process, maybe made him think about it all in a more profound and decided way.
@@askquestionsplz Never personally but I've seen a couple and yes, their audiences are basically dead. I know not all presentations need a vocal response but it still makes me have a cringy feeling 😅
If RockStar is smart, they'll cash in on the public's love for RDR2 and for Roger Clark, and for those character's. They should create a game with a younger Hosea and Dutch, raising a young and rebellious Arthur and John.❤
I'd love that too. Problem is, the main guy who wrote the stories to all of the amazing games Rockstar has released over the years, resigned not too long ago. Unless he already wrote the plots for future games and left it to the other employees to carry out in the future, I don't see it happening :( even if they tried to do it without the original writer, it won't be as good. It could possibly even kill the series, I think it's too risky.
Maybe the audience didn't react eagerly enough, but the questions were actually surprisingly decent compared to what is usually asked at cons like this. Kudos for quality of the discussion
European audiences tend to just listen. There's this one german Primus concert and Les is tearing up John the Fisherman and they are all just standing around. It's not rude just a difference in etiquette
@@HuntE_Richardvich It kinda depends. I am German and I have been to concerts and comedy shows and stuff where the audience gone nuts. But I have been to one concert and it was so fecking boring, I didn't even wanted to clap. So we can go crazy but we're not bursting out at every little thing like Americans would maybe do.
Of course Arthur could have had many different endings in the game. I don't think it was necessary to kill him off for the sake of John's story. His redemption comes from acknowledging his life of crime and his desire to change for the better.
I think the only end that makes sense is Arthur's death, it changes not only John's life but also Dutch. It explains a lot of the first RDR imo, Dutch even repeat a convo he had with Arthur right before his suicide
But what created his desire to change for the better was knowing that he was going to die. Had he not been faced with that, he had no reason to change.
There would’ve been significantly less impact if Arthur lived at the end and would make rdr 1 story make a lot less sense. Everybody wants multiple endings where they can have a complete happy ending but that ruins story potential and has become really overrated
That poor college girl didn’t get her question answered LOL she was asking how he felt that red dead redemption affected the way people perceive the American west, both the creators in the consumers. And he went on to talk about how your choices can affect how the world interacts with you.

I love that he took the "netflix and chill" thing literally.
I never would’ve thought I’d see THE Roger Clark Irish dance

Micheal’s actor was even hyping the release of RDR2 despite being uninvolved with the project except for a cut cameo
Ned and Solo have played in and enjoy it. Steven is the only one out of the 3 who is out of touch with the final preoduct.
Roger ia very genuine and nice, the GTA V crew feel forced and Ned Luke tries too hard that becomes cringey
Roger Clark is totally amazing.. I loved him as Arthur
I really love the fact that Roger has such respect for the first game and John Marston.

What an amazing person he seems to be. He truly seems like a genuinely nice man.
Was that audience for real at the beginning? That's pretty disrespectful, I felt bad for her. At least clap damn lol.

he’s an o Driscoll irl
He laughs just like Arthur.
*...wait a minute*
Dan Houser (Mastermind of R* and rdr2) has left R* so you can expect from a possible rdr3...to be...let's say : different...

No, John has his own hat and it looks different from Arthur's.
