This album represents the epitome of westcoast magic. Produced by the great Lee Ritenour, he simply delivered a soft and superb material to Mr. Eric Tagg, whom I think it's one of the most underrated vocalists in existence! Seems like you're floating in some far away cloud listening to songs such as this one.
I remember this song from when I was a kid. It boggles my mind that Tagg never made it big. His songs have great lyrics, instrumentals and vocals. The record executives made a huge blunder there.
+Don Cheechee Don't feel bad. It's the product of a music industry that has for decades played to the lowest common denominator of music fans who couldn't spot real music if it hit them in the face.
Don Cheechee don't be ashamed this type of music is almost lost .too many pretty faces with no vocal skills coming out nowadays my oldest son listens to that radio crap I dont
Erik was so slept on it makes me shake my head

Gregory Mauro i so agree with you ., he is really good
Tagg was a christian , and he wasn't going to compromise his faith for anyone .
My mom was a big fan.oldschool!thanks!¶.
Eric tagg ..jon Gibson ...Bill Chapman most underrated blue eyed soul sounding songwriters and performers..
Bill Champlin…not Chapman
Only Eric could put emotion into this that makes me cry! I know who the bigger love is…and bless Eric for doing a song about it!❤️🙏
I forgive you
Have Always loved his voice after first hearing him with Lee Ritenhour on "Is It You", "Mr. Briefcase", etc..

I think that this interlude solo is one of the best of all Lee's studio works.
