Amazing video, the Azorean goverment should thank you guys for such a "advertising" of the São Miguel/The Azores. And of course, the scenario itself does help, its the Azores after all, but still amazing well done, great shots. And not only the Azorean goverment but also the Republic Portuguese goverment should also thank you guys to show and "represent" the country so well and being amazing "statesmen" forthe country.
Hey guys! We made a similar drone video from Madeira and since we had the São Miguel footage collecting dust, we figured why not make one of this beautiful island as well? Hope you liked it 🤓
Azores is really green, you guys showed me the Portugal I never saw even I was born and lived there for 26 years. Sometimes your videos makes me think if was worth leaving the country to US. In Portugal I worked to live and here in US I live to work, but 30 years later with adult kids born here...I’m stuck.
theres an old chinese proverb.. "carefull what you wish for.. you might get it".. the underline is .. theres two sides to a coin on everything in life. That Hotel is a gold mine had I the money I would invest on it..
@@m000Theevilcow If it was a gold mine, it wouldn't have closed. The problem is that the view is only available once in a while, because the rest of the time is very foggy.
My father never got to see his kids grow up. He was born in the Azores, Sao Miguel, Ponta Delgada, and my Vovo worked hard to bring his whole family over in the 60s. I can't imagine what is was like to live on the Island isolated from the world. I know they were very poor and it wasn't an easy life to live off the land. but they seemed so happy in all the pictures with their families together. Now my whole family is separated, We all live to work and we don't spend anytime together. I do not know Portuguese or my ancestors and it breaks my heart. I truly want to buy property and go back and hopefully have my ashes put into the Atlantic when my time comes.
Olá Joen e Amalie... WOW...what fantastic footage Joen, absolutely top class mate, and the soundtrack nailed it. Perfect accompaniment to your excellent footage! Great vlog, you've got to do more of this type of thing, and it's great to see you evolving as a film maker...
Always the BEST!! Such beautiful drone shots 😍 HAPPY NEW YEAR my loves ... Lots of good wishes to you in 2020 ❤️ You are amazing!! Let`s GO... One more Year!! 😍 Love U ❤️❤️
Do you know the Samsung or LG 4k television 95' 5k€ wallpaper or promotional videos of nature or whatever when the shops are selling it? This is it. You gus deserve it and this quality is some 🔥
Epic footage! I’m surprised you didn’t get footage of Terra Nostra garden and bathe in the hot spring pools while in Furnas. It’s perfect especially during the winter
Nah. They imported exotic invasive species from everywhere in the world, deforested heavily the indigenous flora first to make orange culture and now for cows. It's still very beautiful, but it has been modified by human presence.
Thank you so much. I want nothing more then to back to where my family & ancestors lived for so long. My family had a very hard time staying connected with each other, it is no ones fault these things happen. I grew up in concrete buildings, living to work. I always dream of living a simple life like my ancestors, people from the mainland used to call us peasants and look down upon us, now look at how the world has changed.
We went in January. Not the best time of the year, but we loved it nonetheless. There is a big risk for continuous rain so probably pick another month.. may/june
Surely one of the most beautiful places in the World! Thank you guys for showing my beautiful country! Hope you can visit my hometown that is called Viseu soon! ;)
amazing video, absolutely beautiful shots! My boyfriend has a drone and wants to fly this weekend when we go to visit Sao Miguel, what permission does he need to fly his drone please ?
@@joenandamalie Wow thank you for responding and so quickly! I see that they have drone flying rules for Lisbon and Sintra... does this mean that these rules do not apply in Sao Miguel ? :)
Hi! I'm going to the Azores in a few months and would like to bring my drone, a DJI mini. Can you please help me with some information? Are there places where I can't fly it? Do I need to get any approvals? Sorry, the information I found online is very general and the official legislation is in Portuguese

Hello beautiful vlog just wondering what exact drone did you guys use?
AMAZING !!!!!
In Azores we still can taste how earth was like 500 years ago
Nah.
They imported exotic invasive species from everywhere in the world, deforested heavily the indigenous flora first to make orange culture and now for cows.

Very well edited, as always.
Beautifully done video.
Amazing footage! Keep up the good work ;)
2020 goal: Watch all your channel videos! They are great!!
Wish you all a great new year 😉
😘😘
I need too se Gerês the national park azores are amazing 🥰
O Gerês é muito mais bonito, os Azores apenas tem 13% da floresta protegida, o resto é terra de pasto altamente contaminada
Great video! Can you tell me at which time of the year you make these shots?

looks beautiful and so lush. if you had to pick between Madeira and the Azores for a one week vacation which would you choose?
Açores it's "Pure Nature"...
Madeira it's a "Big Garden" by the sea...
The Azores without a doubt. Although Madeira is worth a visit as well.
Açores:)
What’s up ma boysss
Whatup PIMP !
What’s up guys
Thanks for the amazing video! We are going to Sao Miguel next week. In which month did you travel to the Azores?

So, did you guys liked this "paradise on Earth"? I'm an Azorean actually living in Denmark! :)
such gorgeous places, I wish you would have had the clips be longer and not interrupted with warped transitions.
