K2 has a more aggressive forward sound while Utopia is more neutral and accurate. I have an active K2 three-way setup with four 6.5" mid-bass and 4" mids. It cuts through road noise better and handles more power and loudness than Utopias would (in theory based on specifications).
@@johnclark3067K2 M’s are coming out soon. Tweeter can play all way down to 600hz. Those are gonna be insane. 3600 for set. All sold separately. Shallow design too. Not much info on them so far. They are in between Utopia and K2.

No difference is massive.
