  • Sky News host Andrew Bolt has called for Anthony Albanese to step down as Prime Minister after Australia voted against Voice to Parliament.
Sky News Australia called the failure of the Voice to Parliament referendum after projecting the majority of states to vote No.
Mr Bolt said the bitterness from this referendum can only be blamed on the Prime Minister.
“He has put us through this nightmare, he has wasted nearly $400 million of taxpayers' money, he has had Australians at each other’s throats,” he said.
“And unfortunately, the poison from all of this will survive beyond today.”

Congratulations for rejecting what ammounts to Arpartheid that only benefitted those already rich and not givng Aboriginal Australians true recognition as Fellow Australians, One of my heroes from WW2 was known as "Black magic" the first Aboriginal Fighter Pilot and that was the name of his p 40 Kittihawk Aircraft.
There are ways for hepling those in need but not at the expense of their pride and acknowleding their contributions such as the wonderful Aboriginal members of Norforce keeping our country safe for all Australians. This reminds me of what has sadly recently occurred in Israel where Israeli's fro Jewish, Christian, Muslim and Arab backgrounds all combiined in unison to condemn the Hamas Terrorist attacks.
It reminds me of the infighting and sectarian violence in Ireland between Catholics and Protestants and much the same happens between the seven different sects of Islam divided we fall united we stand stands true for all of Humanity

Yes, Aboriginals in outlying areas ain't gettinmg any of that $40bn. And are entitled to a much better deal than they are getting now. Where is the money going to after it leaves NIAA and other agencies. Or rather into whose pockets?
I'm sure every decent thinking Aussie would love to know where our taxpayers' money is going.
Need a Royal commission into where that money is going too...and want spreadsheets for all of that money, and reciepts put forward. I am sure a lot of heads in certain high places are going to roll with an inquiry.

Andrew hit the nail on the head. If the Labor party had a lot of Indigenous advisors on the board, it's clear that no one is kept out of parliament, no one is regarded as lesser. Everyone already has a voice and is treated as equal in our country. This is a win. Contrary to what the yes campaign said, everyone who voted NO did so against racism, against division, against separate treatment of Australians based on the colour of their skin.

Even after 60% of the population voted NO the PM would not admit defeat still looking for a way to go forward with his divisive agenda. I was from day one opposed to this voice proposal and I am so proud of all the Aussies who would not be fooled or bought and bribed by the big money advertising. This is a great victory against the activists who are mostly city dwelling leftist woke power and control grabbing groups looking out only for their own good . They were defeated on this occasion by the quiet majority who are never easily fooled. After this there needs to be a thorough look into the funding for Aboriginal communities. I have no problem supporting Aboriginals with the current levels offered, BUT I want them (the indigenous at regional levels) getting as much of the funding as possible and not have it diluted by mobs taking a cut of the proceeds and let trickle down funding evaporate with the pigs at the trough of free money having a feeding frenzy.

As manager I took it upon myself to serve the Indian people first who were told by others they were lower caste and had to wait for higher caste people and for the white people to eat first at office morning tea or birthday celebration. I was so angry you could heat up a samosa on my head. I've always hated division and I'm very pro equality and it's so painful for those being on the receiving end of such treatment.

It's $30 billion and it goes for drinking, partying, getting high and doing nothing.
BTW, I'm a migrant from South America. I'm Latino. I arrived here LEGALLY with a student visa to learn English. Later I studied civil engineering paying international fees.
My first job here was cleaning housing commission buildings.
After I worked as a taxi driver.
Therefore I know and I have talked to people of all kind of backgrounds.
Indigenous get almost everything for free without working.
When I was a cabbie and at uni I didn't see indigenous taxi drivers, nor blue collar workers, nor university students.
When I pick them up, they were always drunk and/or high, they were abusive with me and many times they run off...
      But they're victims!
Now I have a small construction business and I have NOT received a single application from indigenous dudes...
      Why?
