ibdont get why people hate these two figures so much, my only real problem with the 89 is the mouth pieces fall out if you look at it wrong and if you fold and pin the cape down in the back it looks infinitely better and if you shorten the pegs a smidge on the flash Batman it fixes all the problems!... plus they scale the best with the McFarlane batmobile, I like em!
I am still hunting for the first release, love both of them as these are very accurate for the 1:12 scale. The negatives are the capes on both and the cowl which floats weird, not sure why no one made any custom capes for these.
For those that don’t like the cape just remove the wires from the sides and keep the middle one, you can also sand down the pegs for the cowls, both the masked and unmasked with a nail filer and the pegs go in the holes perfectly
gawd dammit, I was gonna completely pass on the Flash Batman but after seeing this.... I want XD Although the head looks massive, maybe just me but looks too big

Yes, these would be a big upgrade with a custom cape.

actually in the movie you cam see keaton or his double holding rods to spread the cape
Still on the fence regarding the figuarts Flash Keaton but im also wondering can you swap the head & cowl for the 89 version? Create a cool custom.
It will be difficult since the pegs are different. If you watch my review of the 89 version, you can see the peg used is very unique.

aliexpress has the flash one for $45, just got mine in
I think his cowl proportions should always be big, I prefer it like that.
