Today we bring you an awesome episode with Melvin and his super clean daily driver. A Honda Civic was always meant to be a daily driver but in 2023 the sixth gen civic is really hard to find. Hence why we think it is super cool that Melvin daily drives this awesome hatchback. I am glad his uncle was the person who inspired him to continue to build olschool Hondas. The long term plan for this car is to go K series and I am super excited to see when he completes that part of his project. Unfortunately, in my area, if you daily one theres a good chance you won't keep it for too long. Theyre going as far as towing them away

@@captintemplar3705 i hear you. I lived through that nightmare. I dont wish that on anyone. Now mine is garage kept and only taken out for drives and if I know I'm not walking out of sight from it
For alot of us, this hobby is an escape from reality, an escape from family problems, personal problems, work problems or simply to destress..the stories behind these cars dont just involve car parts but human beings👌🏽 another great interview Gus! watching these videos @3am gives me inspiration to fix my ‘97 ex. hearing other people’s stories on how they got started with their cars, hearing male figures in their life introducing them to cars, the luv-hate relationships behind it, etc. it’s dope . luv the vids keep making content like this I watch them with my pops he saying like “hey you got a ‘97 too, GO FIX IT”🤣🖤💯

Im dying for an ek hatch, i know nothing about cars but i really want an ek hatch as a project car, hopefully they stay relatively cheap and dont blow up in price. Looking at some examples in my area for 3k and really want to save for one.

I never get why people can do a upshift but don't use the compression of the motor to gear down !! .. from a cdl drivers point that's a definitely no no !!
