I had an interview today. The number one question: “tell me why you applied for this job!” I feel like I did really well. Many smiles and guess what, there was no “weakness” question. I dodged a bullet! Lol. Thanks Cass!

I think rambling through the interview will always get you the job even if you don"t have the skill set...there should be interviews prior to all relationships whether personal or professional in modern life..Cass your amazing you go girl...
I've been watching your vids for the past couple days... AND I GOT THE JOB! After the interview the store manager came out and wanted to start the second interview right after, then offered me a job!
I have my 2nd interview tomorrow for a position I have been dreaming of! I've been watching all of your videos to ensure I am tip top. Interviews always make me nervous and I struggle to articulate my skills and what I can bring to the table. But I am feeling pretty good so fingers crossed you guys!!
Hi Cass! Im a sophomore in college and an accounting major, and I just got an internship at my dream company after binging your videos throughout the weeks I interviewed! They were so helpful; I DEFINITELY became way more comfortable interviewing and confident in myself with all of your help 🥰
I had my first interview last week, was a bit nervous the night before when I ended up here, the interview went great and I am signing the contact tomorrow 😍 Thank you 🥰🥰
I got the job! Thank you Cassandra! I followed your advice on the tell me about yourself video It was my first question,. my answer was strong and I felt confident right from the get go. I used your advice for the salary negotiation and they met me half way which is what I was hoping for. You are so good at what you do and thank you for sharing your talents! I am thrilled to get the job, but will also.miss "hanging out* with you as my prep buddy! Take care!
Once again you are so helpful! I watched your videos last year when I realized that I needed to revamp my resume! BTW, I got the job. Now I have the task of creating a 2-3 minute selfie video for a virtual job on the question Tell Me About Yourself. Your guidance is once again proving helpful by helping me be confident in front of a camera. Practice, practice, practice.
I can't help but think this is the question that has tripped me up after I've been fortunate enough to land an interview, especially these days, competing against a lot of qualified folks.
I have been watching a lot of your videos to prep for my first zoom interview. I want to thank you for all your great advice! I just finish the interview and it went really well. Edit: I got the job!!!!!!
I just did an interview earlier today and this question was asked. I hope I did well! Love your videos and all of the REAL and honest tips! Can't wait to see the success from it.
Dear Cassandra, like others, I thoroughly studied and practised with all the amazing and helpful tips you provided. Love the STAR method, I tend to ramble when I get passionate about a project but this really helped me stay on point. No matter the result and I honestly mean that this was the first interview where I actually felt impressed with myself. I'd hit a confidence crisis of self-worth but charting all my career successes reminded me why I was good at what I did. Huge respect for your video deliverance, you make it look so easy. It's the hardest damn thing to conquer. I recorded myself a zillion times and would always freeze despite knowing what I what to convey! I'm definitely a people person but not a camera/video person. I Will keep revisiting your library of fabulous video tutorials and continue practising. Loved your end of interview questions for the panel, it really helped me to articulate what I wanted to know from them in a confident manner. This was definitely a 2-way interview. Always indebted, thank you so much xxx
Thanks for some insightful tips Cass. My takeaway is that with a little advance preparation and forethought, surprises during the interview can be avoided. Also, be careful not to turn a 60 second answer into a 60 minute production. Happy New Year to you and your family.
Hey Cass, This is Dhanush from India. I'm a student and your videos not just helped me with the answers but it indirectly helped me with my confidence. I asked the Golden Question and I could see the change in the attitude of the HR. Thank You very much, I got a job in my dream company!!!
Hi Cass, My name is Tony, I live in Belfast Ireland. I have been using your videos as a guide on how to interview correctly. I used the technics you show in your videos and I got not one but two jobs. I used all your tips including the questions to ask at the end if an interview. Thank you for posting your great videos they were such a great help.
I have my interview in less than a day, been binge watching ur videos and im feeling a bit more confident but im really still really nervous for the interview
Great video as always Cassandra! Yes, we will always ask this in some form or another. Candidates should be prepared for sure :) Anddddd absolutely 2-3 minutes. I have literally looked at my watch (in phone screens) when candidates dragged on past the 5 minute mark with no pause.

Hey Cass! I'm from London, UK and early this week there were 2 interviews I attended and its been about 2 years since I last worked and slightly more when I last had an interview so I was a nervous wreck! I don't know how but I was so lucky and grateful to have come across your youtube channel few days before the interviews. I have been binge watching your videos, old and new - making notes and prepping my answer and questions to ask. When I say I binged your videos like I'm binging a shows on Netflix I'm not joking haha. But the 1st interview out of the 2 which I wanted to get in more, I was extremely nervous (I used some of cheats that 'nobody's gonna know' over virtual interview lol) I answered the question accordingly and not ramble and luckily remembered your advices. Luckily me being a small UA-camr I had a Tripod to put my phone on eye-level to the camera making it easy to make 'eye-contact' with the interviewers and still dressing the part, having simple, elegant makeup and in formal wear (managed to wear my favourite grey blazer during this pandemic! :D ) and I ended the interview smoothly with the 'HARD' question. I was extremely nervous to ask that question, I myself hesitated (the irony hehe) but i managed to pull together and smoothly asked - they were slightly taken aback in a good way and I believe it impressed them. (they gave a positive feedback) few days later (yesterday) I got the call of the offer! I can't believe it :') so proud of myself but I want to thank you more as you have helped me a lot! I'm an extreme introvert and a nerve wreck in social environment and meeting new people also having ADHD you helped me a lot! so thank you Cass! :'D Edit: Wanted to mention that I also for the first sent a 'thank you Email' after the interview and after the offer. I believed that impressed them more :)
Love you work, have gone over most of your material here and its quite informing and useful, when it comes to interviweing for goverment or military support position some of the advice has to me changed up a bit (based on who you are talking to) but other than that this information helps with creating effective resumes and getting you throught the door. Thanks for all the help and hard work. Mark - Arizona
I ended up getting stumped by this question a couple of months ago and did not get the job. I just interviewed for the same position title in a different department and ended up acing this one. I received a job offer 2 days later.
Great tips, Cassandra I wish you could do my interview for me. Please give me an example of how you would answer that question. I have an interview Friday. My first since the business closed last April. I have been a subsciber for almost a year.

My problem is that I can’t think of examples, my brain freezes up and I have an interview this week. 😭
This is my issue also. I also can't remember the notes on the questions
