Wow .. I’m not sure I’d get used to that massage or think my hair was clean . I used to go to an old school beautician for haircuts she was in her 70s and I was in my late 20s .. a bit awkward but her barber skills better than the barber ! One thing for sure she always gave me a good shampooing .. and I mean a “ scrubbing “ her fingers gave a very agressive “ massage” your scalp was squeaky clean. She shampooed my buddy’s hair once and he even said it was a shampoo he never forgot .
The wonderful shampoo and conditioner treatments was immediately cancelled when the stylist said in a gruff voice “lift your head.” Surely he could have said that in a more pleasant way...all right we are finished, please life your head. Please remember, you have just spent all of this time relaxing the client, helping him go to a higher level of relaxation and then you say, lift your head in that voice???? P.S. turn the water off, respect our planet.
