1.5 years using the 5600g, and it is still working perfectly
I play valo mostly and it gives 150-200fps easily which is enough for my 165hz monitor

The Ryzen 5 5600G is quite underrated in the CPU department. I'm using a RX 6650 XT with 5600G and the performance that I get is quite good. The only downside is lack of PCIe 4.0 support but I'm using a B450 motherboard anyways.

5600g is a beast! I tested many games on VEGA 7 and most modern games are playable which is great. Also if you pair it with RX6600 you got best budget gaming rig so far

The 5600g is good for 2017 era games ...for newer games you actually need a GPU...other than this the games like GTA v runs like a charm in 5600g...but it's better to upgrade it with a GPU to play newer titles as the games will laga lot ..games like starfeild etc

i have vivobook 16x which has ryzen 5 5600h and i can play gta V on it without any lag...but sometimes even youtube stucks and some other multitasking work stucks...i don't know why...my laptop can handle a 100gb game but not some apps..why?

Please help I'm using RX 6650xt and I5 10400f and want to upgrade my processor and I'm confused between i5 13500 and ryzen 7 5700X which one should I go with my main purpose is Video editing, Animation and Gaming
The Ryzen 7 5700X has more cores and threads than the i5-13500 which makes it better for multi-tasking and running multiple applications at once. It also has a higher clock speed which makes it better for gaming. The Ryzen 7 5700X is also more expensive than the i5-13500 but it is worth the extra cost if you are looking for better performance.

The 8 core it gives doesn't matters gaming but matters a lot on cpu intensive programmes like Android studio and premiere pro,
