- I decided to take my team to Thailand this year for a 2 week training trip! In 2012 i took part in the first Tiger Muay Thai try outs and managed to win one of 5 scholarship places on offer. Since then ive been back multiple times, but this time we headed to Bangtao Muay Thai and MMA to check it out!

I am gonna visit Bangtao too I plan to stay and a train there for a month, is it easy and safe to travel to Patong and party during the Weekends? 🤣🤣cheers thanks for the video
Yes mate only 30 min away down the coast in a tuk tuk 🛺 its safe aslong as you dont get too wonky, ive seen a few drunken fools get filled in by the thai police haha

Nice vid gym looks minty only issue is it’s overcrowded in sessions. To busy do you find it easy to get one on one sessions or do you recommend booking in advanced
Yes this was high season so busy sessions but its easy enough to get a PT
Trainer there for a few days while I had the chance stoppin in Phuket it’s a reyt gym they had GSP doing a seminar other week absolute madness
I know i literally missed GSP by one day, gutted!
