      agar pyaaz tamatar ka masala bhunna hai to non stick kadai use karein agar steel ka lain to double bottom vala aur heavy kadai khareede. Halke tale ke bartan jal jaate hai aur masala bhi chipak jaata hai

    This is worst because karele ki sabji me mirch nahi padta because karela is already bitter test and it is natural and why are you remove this....
    Please try my style....
    First we take a pan and put in oil when oil is heat and put karela in oil and cook 5..7 minutes and now we put pyaj in it and cook it jabtak pura karela aur pyaj achhe se bhum na jaye.

      First of all nvr criticise others. If you have guts open your page and put recipes. Lastly, I always put red chillies. Understand the difference between chilli and bitterness.
