I really enjoyed that the focal point of their argument had to do about the young man's age, if that's your only counterpoint, much has to be assessed. If you're meaning to denigrate someone based on that, then don't pile up on the person either. At some point they too were his same age and most likely believed they knew everything too. If you feel that it matters, due to with age comes wisdom, you should be wise enough to not even argue. Also, this is a persona this young man has clearly made up.
