Had exactly that problem. Motor stall (bog down) when doing digging (with moderate force required) or any cylinder was at the end of travel and I kept pumping oil by holding lever in position. This way with stick and boom cylinder engine quit within seconds and for bucket cylinder it took a tiny bit longer. My excavator has also the "attachment" valve as you show at the end of your video. I took the "attachment solenoid (I currently don't use) and put it in place of the power shift solenoid and excavator work perfect now. (ordered new part on amazon)

if we are talking power shift the power shift will change in pull rpm to lower pressure, then will be coming more lower while you are operating the machine

We have a 1994 320 Cat Excavator and we just put in a new hydraulic pump and the machine ran really well for about 5 hours then all of a sudden the joystick controls did not work the machine was running full power but nothing was moving (the boom, travel, etc.) Does that have anyting to do with the solenoid?
yes bro check the hydraulic lock solenoid maybe it is not opening or the solenoid is damage.inspect the electrical wiring and the solenoid

@@phoolkhan2282 bro try to check 190 is a speed timing sensor located at fly wheel side ok maybe dmage or loose connection, and the other one is 167 alternator maybe the sensing wire for charging is disconnected or maybe damage check the charging on monitor if morethan 27v engine is running maybe the sensing wire damage or disconnected
In my Cat330C , there is an alarm beep, and on the screen "low oil pressure appears" every time when it beeps. When I change the engine oil, the alarm doesn't beep for few days or beep just a little. But after like 15 days it starts beeping sometimes for an hour. While it beeps the machine works slow. This alarm issue is from a long time. I don't understand, if the sensor has some problem or the oil is too thick.
bro you have to check on the monitoring system to make it sure witch type of error shows on the monitor, on that way we can deside for what to, ok check it first error then tell me
It appears as " Eng oil press low". Last few days the alarm did beep but for few mins in the whole day, sometimes twice a day and sometimes doesn't beep. I just changed the oil and filter yesterday in the evening. Today after half an hour working it started to beep again and it's been an hour now. Whenever it beeps the machine power becomes a little low. This alarm issue is from an year, if u have any idea how to solve it, kindly let me know.
@@hanifkhan3465 Check the oil pressure with a gauge. If the pressure is good replace the oil pressure sensor. If it's bad your bearings or oil pump may be worn out. But if it has run for twelve months without throwing a conrod through the block then my bet would be on the sensor

ganito mag ptessure test muna kyo, tpos record nyo para kung sakali n mabago nyo o nagadjust kyo pwede nyo maibalik s dati kung mali, tapos check mo pressure ng power shift kung nagbbago b ang pressure nya kpag nagooperate ang machine, pag hindi ppweding may problema s power shift, kung ok power shift, mag adjust kyo or bawasan ang flow ng hydraulic, diba nsa magkabilang gilid ng pump may nkalagay n valve at may adjuster, ung adjuster doon kaliwa at kanan parehong may adjuster ang lock nut nya is 36mm luwagan nyo un, tapos pihitin nyo pabalik or same as paluwagisang ikot tpos testing kpag nagbago sya at bumagal, tpos hindi n nmamatay, dahan dahan nman s pag higpit, dpat pareho un ha wag isa lang, at gumamiti kyo ng thermometer para malaman nyo in 30mins n test kung alin pump ang may high temp, un ang bbawasan ang flow hanggang maging ok ang Machine dapat balance temp nya

the main reason is low pressure,many reason why because of the machine long time using for work. so before you start do the trouble shooting you have to investigate how the trouble started

at first you should have to check the possible active error,maybe on that error is the main cause of problem,or try to check the fuel line if the engine is slowly slowly low raise,but i dont exactly what happen to your machine this just my analysis base on what you told me.

@@sapri6328 ok bro 1 by 1 first 95 is fuel deffirential pressure sensor maybe broken wire or sensor damage located at the fuel filter that is rectangular form with four bolts and three wires, 168 electrical system you have to do inspection to the wires beside the engine ok same open connection

sorry sir for late response, regarding about your problem, so many reason why the engine is suddenly shutdown, in electrical related problem its possible on the common rail sensor intermitent functioning, or pressure fuel pump solenoid valve, and one more thing if you can see the speed sensor attached on flywheel there 2 different sensor is there 1 is treaded type and the other 1 is plastic type black color, this plastic type if the pulse is not accurate for the ecm requirement they can possibly shutdown the engine there is 1 more black plastic sensor at the lower side of fuel pump near engine black, that is same part # flywheel and pump, check bought sensor by multimeter check the difference.
there is one more idea, open the diagnostic onthe monitor then start if the engine is started live the monitor open at diagnostic then wait until the engine shutdown then see what other more error shows on monitor, or contact me in my whatsapp, +971567581176, for fastes conversation, ok then send me some video or picture for my refference to analys the problem

Good morning i experience cat 320d error code show 39-167-12 what does it means?
bro regarding about that error, 167 that is alternator charging sensor its either alternator regulator problem or harnes you can check that in the monitoring if the alternator is charging or not, the normal charging is 26v up to max 28v if the volts output is in between, that means its charging maybe the problem is in the sensing output from alternator, so now the alternator back side is 4 wires #1 is battery, #2 ground,# 3 single wire socket type that is the sensing wire maybe disconneted or shorted inside or harnes damage, #4 is a socket with 2 wires that is batt indicator and supply from ignation switch.or you can contac me in my whatsapp +971567581176 for fast conversation

usualy in that situation,you have check in full trigger for in and out or up and down,and what i mean is out for 10sec slowly until you reach full,observe that procedure then must be open the monitoring in pressure testing and observe how much pressure for each function in full trigger,or you can add me in what app for better conversation +971567581176

thats depend on the standard setup of the manufacturer of the machine,but if you just setup by your self because of low power i think it is not adviseable,normaly 1900rpm its little different but your engine is protected in the sense of long life of the machine

My machine power shift pres showing constant pressure 3550 no up and down after 5 min of running...and machine takes load
machine the pressure will be 3410 kpa and when we increase the mode will change into 2438 kpa and will vary according to the load.
But when working after sometimes we feel the hydraulic pressure drop down and also engine is also not smooth sometimes can shut down the engine.On that time I noticed the power shift pressure remains constant at 3550 kpa.(in display).and physically by guage 520 psi.
The voltage is getting 24 volt
The machine operated in back up mode is the same as the hydraulic and engine operation is not smooth and some times it can shut down the engine ,when connecting the pressure guage can see it drops down to 220 psi.
I would like to know whether this can happen due to injector/injector pump ,becuase all the machines have starting problem and using starting aid to start the engine
@@shoaibkhattak8496 i dont know exactly where it came from about your problem, you know what, if your engine is electronic type or ecm type, and the engine suddenly shutdown while you are in testing my some sensor is not work or not functioning in normal or if the problem is in hydraulic system totaly everything will not fuctioning like normal, my advice you to check the engine by full close of arm or full up of boom

bro that error is inlet heater 617-5 open circuit 617-8 malfunctioning eigther disconnected or damage, located at intake manifold at front we have relay there check or insfection that area for possible damage

bro that error is located at the intake manifauld, the name is inlet heater relay, 36-617-5, if that is only the error available as active ignor it, that heater is usefull if your engine is hard starting, ignor it there's no side effect for the function of the engine
