About Cole & Charisma:
Welcome to the official Roll with Cole & Charisma UA-cam channel! Since the start of our relationship we've gotten a lot of questions about our experiences as not only an interracial couple, but an interabled one as well. On this channel you can catch us doing travel and adventure vlogs, challenges, our inclusion series, couple first times, music, and so much more! This thing is a beeeeeast! It was so much fun hitting some Georgia trails with the wifey (and Sophie, of course). Charisma especially loves hiking, which made this first venture into the woods together extra special. Definitely want to do this again!!

I just want to add that Cole was already doing a lot of things before he ever got injured but, Charisma does take him nice places from time to tim, she is amazing!!!!
Yes she has encouraged him to believe in himself and capabilities past his injury. And I applaud his courage to challenge himself, as it will help him when he and charisma have children.

@@tracyporter1481 He was a teenager when injured, so he was playing sports, and they probably travelled. But this is a whole different level of living, because he wAS injured, spent years of rehab, and he is a married man now and experiencing new things with his wife. Nobody is trying to take away his past!
It’s amazing how Cole doesn’t let any challenge stop him🏕
He was athletic before any of this happened, that may have a lot to do with it. We all could learn a thing or two from him🙂🙂🙂

Cole decided before he left the hospital that his injury wouldn't end him. His family and long-time friends have been by his side since the accident. Charisma just brings it to a whole other level of care. They look out for each other's physical and mental health always.
Armando is a good friend to go along as backup and doing the video.

They’ve explained on a past video how they don’t like calling Charisma an angel because it’s demeaning to people with disabilities. That sentence feels like, Cole needs someone special to be with him because he’s less valuable than other men or in some way a burden.

I truly dont know what denomination either of you guys might be, but I truly believe The Most High brought you guys together in love, and to share the rest of your young lives together. I am a DPT and I love y’all so much! Y’all teach viewers different ways to do transfers, improve quality of life, different AD suggestions and so much more. I can teach my patients and family members as well as provide them with a documented visual reference. The depth of y’all’s relationship (being young, interabled, interracial, and influencers) alone is the change we all need to see in the world! Sent with love and hope it’s received with love!

I was on edge everytime he hit a bump, incline, tree root... I'm glad they made it safely but I was nervous watching
COLE was sooooo serious and focused going over that bridge. It was better than a suspense movie. Amazing!!! I bet you slept well that night. What an accomplishment and courage.

Just because someone is pregnant or is trying to get pregnant doesn't mean you should stop working out or lift weights???? Like you can strain yourself and not have issues trying to get pregnant or are pregnant... Exercise while pregnant is a good thing, until last trimester. Even then, you can still exercise. Also, it wouldn't be a nurse, it would be a home health aid lmao. Nurses don't do stuff like that unless you pay them BIG bucks. It's usually an aid. I don't know why I'm trying to change your mind, you probably won't do your own research as to why lifting while pregnant or trying to get pregnant isn't an issue.....

I was so scared. Honestly, if I was there with them, I would have discouraged them to cross the bridge.
I'm so very proud of the both of you. I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis 12yrs ago, and I never believed that I could go on any hikes again. After seeing this I know that anything is possible. 🙏🙌🧡

@@tesswonderful4194 : I agree with your comment, That’s my observation, as well. However, Cole & Clarissa are very experienced at wheelchair navigation; BUT, what if this was a younger “new”, paraplegic. NO ONE, should have to be EXPERIENCED, to cross a bridge. This bridge HAS TO BE FIXED.
Tbf they probably never expecting a wheel chair like that to come through but yes definitely someone needs to speak to them nd explain how they can make it easier for people in wheelchairs given how far technology is coming

Cole, kudos for challenging yourself. Many can't understand the level of fear you have to overcome placing yourself in potentially vulnerable situations. There's no doubt you feel capable and are willing to do so because of the angel God brought you together with.
Charisma, I know the strength and energy it takes to be strong and confident in order to help develop his confidence. I admire you tremendously.
You provide a visible representation of how we are to shore each other in life and the cost associated with that.

I will never go hiking with you guys again. I stop breathing once you got to the bridge. My nerves are shot for day. God bless you guys, but I won't be going hiking anymore.

That narrow bridge had my heart racing, and if it was scary for you it was also scary for me.😱 please make recommendations that they widen the bridge, because your wheel had less than an inch on the sides. It I s a blessing that you took part in something your wife enjoyed doing. Seems like that there will be more hiking in you all future.
As a person in a wheelchair I was feeling every bump in my head. I have never saw a wheelchair like this, that is so cool.
That bridge represented the bridge Cole crossed from being able to being capable of still doing things and enjoying life

Holy crap that bridge scared me. I was biting my fingernails the whole time. Then when it was done I literally stood up and cheered.
Charisma, you should carry a pair of hiking gloves or work gloves when you are on the trails so you can grip objects, push aside brush, and grab onto the chair while maneuvering.
The best part is watching Cole finally get his life as back the best as he can and watching him get over his fear of what it's like to go on a hike again!

Several moments that were a bit scary while watching you maneuver on the trail, especially the footbridge, whew! Can’t imagine what it felt like for you Cole! So wonderful to have people in this world with the ability to design/build devices like this so those who have suffered spinal cord injuries, stroke etc. can get out in nature and explore! Cole and Charisma you two are unstoppable and a great inspiration for us all!
Is that an Action TrackChair?! They are headquartered like 10 miles from my house, and I actually somewhat know the family who created the chair after their teenage son was in a car accident and became paraplegic.

I definitely felt the anxiety! I literally had goosebumps a few times and found myself holding my breath! Good job, Cole! And I could relate to the physical work Charisma was doing, made me remember my younger days, lol. We have just moved house and it was pretty exhausting, yet satisfying to have been able to accomplish the hard work. Not gonna lie though, I'm glad it's done! Thank you for taking us all on your hike! It looked like a pretty long one! Very beautiful!

I love how charisma is so positive in the stressful situations, if that were me I’d definitely be adding to the stress with my anxiety. Charisma has the perfect personality for dealing with these things 🙌🏼
