Only 1 bathroom, I would have done a shower/tub combination.
@@bettyvorley1130 yes there was. In the space where he put the utility area. The tub/shower units for mobile homes are a bit smaller than others.
Great job! Those mini split air systems are very efficient and quiet. Seems like renovating older mobile homes is getting to be very popular and an economical alternative to a tiny house.
I would hate not having a bathtub, or kitchen cabinets.
Same! That was my two issues along with one one shared bathroom. I cook a lot that kitchen would never work for me.
You cannot bathe kids in a shower. You need a tub. Open shelves? Not so much. Your dishes get dirty and pick up cooking grease. People in these mobile homes probably don't have any matching dishes or glasss. Also, if you have 2 kids, mom, and dad you need full sized washer and dryer not stackable. Moms are always doing laundry.
Aw...I'd love to have those vintage awnings on my home. They added so much character to the mobile home.
Yep.. Awnings have a purpose.. shield the windows from direct sunlight. And I like the look.
I absolutely love this. I grew up in a single wide mobile home and my father turned it into a brick home. Great job!!!
You have a pair of gifted hands, because that doesn’t even look like the same mobile home!!! It looks 100 percent much better than it did.
Nice kitchen....but it definitely needs upper cabinets.
Ya think? Maybe this guy should think if he would want to live in that thru a winter storm? Day after day, year after year.

Making America beautiful one mobile home at a time.
The after is SO much better. The living room actually has a wall for decor or a tv now.
I but it blew up💥 trying to find someone with knowledge about mobile homes are far and few😉
Again Tim great job and please continue your remodeling videos. We love to see progress in motion.
Hey everyone I have a few more mobile homes I have the opportunity to purchase and renovate. If you’d like to see more of these type of videos comment below! Share your remodeling projects on our forums at mobilehometrends.com
Tim, just my thoughts. Maybe next time the hanging light fixture in the living room could have been installed above where an island in the kitchen would potentially go.
Women want kitchen islands.
We also want ceilling fans in our master suits and living rooms.... 😇🤗
Timothy would you be interested in coming out to Mesa, AZ?
I have a 50 year old mobile home that I bought last year, and it needs a lot of TLC. Your videos are awesome, and they are very inspiring. Thank you so much for giving me hope for my mobile home! I appreciate you. Peace ☮️ in abundance
I would enjoy watching more renovations.
Yes, I want to see more of your mobile home flips.
I think the work that you have done is fabulous I have never seen mobile homes look that good
We are behind you. You are doing a fabulous job! Keep it going.
My brother-in-law and I started our own Home Building Company but we never thought of remodeling mobile homes like you're doing that is such a great idea looking forward to seeing more videos and how you are doing that.
Yes please do more.
I think this is a great idea to see that you can renovate a mobile home I had no idea. It really came out nice.
Nice work… I’ve lived in a mobile home for 28 years in this mobile park I’m at now… Since 1993… So I’ve seen my share of love homework… Well done.! I’ll keep watching… And thank you
The original awnings were so quaint and gave it character.
Love the consistant flooring throughout the home!
Carpets make the floor seem warmer in the winter, but it is a home for dust mites and is bad for your lungs. Woodgrain floors add a lot more character to a home and are easier to keep clean.
Not only are you an outstanding and professional Tour guide, but YOU outdid yourself on this mobile home... Awesome Job well done.... 😃☀🌻🌞🌼😀
Please keep doing more mobile home reno's. The before and after tours are enlightening.
You've made a good difference
In these homes. Im sure they are so enjoyable to live in
Love That you kept the basic style with a new look.
Windows are never ridiculous. And the little windows have character.
Yes please! More Mobile reno’s. I just bought an older mobile and I want to fix it up. I’d like to see how to properly demo or anything that’s specific for mobiles. This is awesome!
I'd want the 2nd bathroom and uppers in the kitchen!!
I want to see what and how your redo mobile homes. My sister did one a few years ago and she made it beautiful. I thought she was the only one who could do such a good job. I just found your chanel and plan to binge watch what you have and look forward to what else you do.
I think this was done well and some young family will get a nice start to owning a home, wonderful.
You did a fantastic job on this home. It really turned out great. I would enjoy seeing more of these mobile home reno videos please..
@@TimothyPLivingston What state are these in? I'm looking for a used home for my property so family doesn't have to cram in my house.
Yes, please do more mobile homes and show before/after. Great, Great work!
I love seeing these.
I love what you've done to mobile homes
WOW! You have done some AMAZING work here! This home is Beautiful! You have quite an eye and so much talent!
You took out all the vintage character
My Question is, how much did the whole renovation cost.
I can tell you now, so years later, I bought a three bedroom two bath for about 20,000. We’ve spent More than that on the renovations. Still more affordable than Brickhouse.
Yes please keep the videos coming!
Looks good but I would have done a double sink and a shower tub combo. I also really liked the retro look of the outside before. Keep em coming!
I completely agree! The cute little awnings along with the boat like structure on the exterior as well as the small porthole style windows with the wood paneling indoor and the half room dividers, along with two bedrooms and two bathrooms with tubs to soak in, coupled with the homes location on the water or all intentional as to give the house a cozy nautical feel. Now, after stripping all of that away, it seems like a cold and sterile environment with a single bathroom and a standing shower.... It looks sounds and feels about as cold as relaxing as a dentist's office. 😢
I love your before and after’s, keep it up. Thanks for sharing.
Thank you for showing your work. We just bought some land with an older mobile home on it, family tells us it's to far gone, but seeing the before and after videos gives us hope that maybe we can save our new to us mobile
Really enjoy watching these videos. Seeing the before and after. Yes. Please show more
Yes, please show more renovations!
Yes, keep em coming :)
I love to see the renovations!!! 🦋🦋🦋
I would take into consideration the view. you blocked all the windows facing the river view and keep the ones looking at the other trailers. as a selling point the river view is much nicer to look at and a window in the bathroom is desired by a lot of people something to keep in mind in the future. other then that you made a bad looking trailer look a lot better.
Brian I completely understand where you are coming from. Its kind of a lose lose. by blocking all the front windows we lose what little curb appeal is there. Blocking back windows takes away from the view. So we opened the porch.
Maybe keep the windows on the river side and the front and have a small window to the side of the front door.
Was nice to have a light story, usually only see that in high end houses. Understand the expense about restoration, though. That's not your business, you redo and flip. But riverview would have been big selling point. More money? Maybe not a lot , since it's an old trailer🤷
All show but no go. My God this guy is insensitive to people others elders. It's cheap cheap cheap, as easy and fast asap. Boom to you to. You will reap what you sow. I hope you wind up in an old run down place with no even a view considered. Can't you consider past selling point to what would be nice to live in. Women need to bathe and soak. Men sometimes do to. So you never bathe, do you even use a rag when you shower or just product and no scrubbing the dead skin off with the sweat. Unusual.
Awesome renovation and yes...keep up the good job. Love them.
It's such an improvement! I love it.
i like the before photos. I think its great to see how you update and improve them
Personally, I liked the awnings over the windows. It dresses up and adds character giving that more homey feeling. As it is now, reminds me of an office trailer with the box appearance.
But I did subscribe and would enjoy seeing more!! 🙂

Wow !!!! What an amazing difference!!! Beautiful 😍
Oh yes please. Love your Reno’s of mobile homes. What a gr8 idea.would love to see some smaller places too.
I really like seeing the before and after pictures. I personally would rather have upper cupboards in the kitchen. I also would rather have bath and shower combination in the bathroom. I prefer to take a shower, but a lot of people like to soak in the tub. But all in all, I love what you did to it. Beautiful job.
I agree having normal cupboards and the shower tub combo would be better and more functional. It seems like he jumped on the minimalist trends.
Keep the Renovations coming!
I enjoy seeing your renovations.
Your videos show just what all can be done with and older mobile home; with a creative eye. I hope these will inspire folks to update their homes or give new vision as to what they can do with one. So many possibilities
Glad I found you. I live in a mobile home park. This is great for us. Thank you.
I love that your renovating older mobile homes making them look more like a house fantastic keep doing what your doing!
I love it...small living is I !!!
Compared to the other mobile homes in this park, this one is the Cadillac.
very great i have an old 14X64 i got because i was caring for my brother . he died so im here . you vid gave me hope to get a nice place again. i started fixing it up im almost done with the bath room. im old over 70 so i got a sheet rock lift. its going kind of good.
That’s awesome Tim! Keep me posted on the progress I’d love to see how it turns out!
I would love to to see you keep remodeling the mobile homes. I’m watching you for ideas. I’m thinking of buying one to remodel for myself.
Keep doing the renos. They are great and give ideas!
So glad to see these mobile homes getting some TLC. They are as inexpensive as apartments but you can have your own little yard, porch, and more privacy.
Alit of people can’t afford new homes. That being said what you are doing is wonderful shows people what can be done they don’t have to live like trash. Hard work goes a long way. Wonderful job sir. I’m impressed like to see more.
Great job! long narrow windows high above the bed are cool, they give you more light but full privacy.
Gorgeous, great job!🖤
I grew up new 63 mobile home. My father added on over years. But in 94 he died, my mother sold it. New owner tore it down.😨 The mold, electric was a nightmare. I so happy ur doing it right way. I want to see more. My heart bring me back to my child hood..
Alma, sometimes they just have to be let go but I’m glad I could bring back fond memories!
It really does look amazing in the after 😍
I like seeing what you’re doing with the mobile homes! Great job. 👍
Love watching these. Please continue to do more.
I love the before, and after shots, you did lose a little cupboard space in the kitchen, but overall I like the new, modern look, ha what a beautiful transformation, I would say the estimate value of that just guessing off the top of my head, but could probably go for about 15 to 20 grand, lots of hard work sweat shows that you guys have done a wonderful job. Thank you for sharing.
I love watching. I live in a 1972 mobile home.
Wonderful! Truly enjoyed seeing the after.
I just found your channel and man am I jazzed. I love love manufactured housing and these videos are very inspiring. Great job...and thanks for being here for us.
Yes please more mobile home love it
Yes totally want to see more mobile home flips. Trash to treasure should happen more often in this world!!
It's awesome!!!!! Please make more of these videos!!! I hate tubs, what a waste of space!
I love watching mobile home renovations! Hoping for more.
Love seeing the before and after.
Keep doing the good things you do.
I don’t like the idea of not having upper cupboards in the kitchen. You need cupboard space in a kitchen! The “open” floor plan between the kitchen and living room is a no go for me. There still needs to be a divider of some kind between the two rooms with (you guessed it) more cupboards or storage area. The kitchen also needs more counter space. The same holds true in the bathroom. There needs to be space for toiletries and laundry products.
You have done an excellent job remodeling this mobile home. It is a grand idea to rescue these older homes and make them modern and livable. But do pay attention to the way the home was originally planned. Be careful sealing up too many windows. Many are in place for cross ventilation or to create an illusion of space for a small home.
I am looking forward to more of these renovations! Good luck!
Yes, please more videos!!
More. You are doing a superlative job!!
I wish I would have someone to remodel this mobile home for me needs it
You did a great job on this particular home!
Open shelving, especially in a small kitchen is a waste of space and unsanitary. Mobile home dwellers need a very functional kitchen as they cook almost all of their meals. You should at least screen in the porch or better yet make it a 3 season sunroom. It's a huge selling feature and has a nice view of the lake and acts like another room into the house.
Yes, do more!
Wow🥰🥰🥰 You did an incredible job 👏😍🤩 I wouldn't change a thing🤗🤗🤗
Ah, you should have kept the bump-outs, little windows, awnings, etc. The vintage look gave it so much personality. Think outside the "box" cuz sadly now it's truly a box.
Oh my word! I said the same thing to my husband as we were watching this! Totally ruined... And, yes. It's now box. 😬 A CLEAN box, but a box. 😐
Can’t please everyone…… although it’s not for me, I still think you did a great job 👍. TFS!
Loved the awnings, to bad bad you couldn’t keep them.
I preferred a lot of parts of the old home more than the new. I’m a sucker for vintage and the old home had more character and unique qualities for me. The old aluminum siding is nice because it will never rot and can be easily cleaned.
I agree, Zane. I really loved the metal awnings, the abundance of windows, the cute windows in the kitchen. In my opinion, this mobile home just looks like a box. No character. I knows there cost savings but still, the vintage feel and character have been completely erased.
I was almost afraid to post this same opinion, lol. The former structure was much nicer and much cuter. Destroying those windows is such a shame. I liked it much better before also.
I really liked the way it was shaped previously. Gave it so much character. More cost effective with your remodel of course.youve been humbled if you ever have had to live in one not by choice. 30yrs ago divorced and putting myself through college for law enforcement with a 4 yr old daughter. I did the best I could. It wasn’t a dream home by any means and renting was still expensive. I was lucky to have a wood stove to heat it during winter with the heavy snow.
I completely agree!
