If theres a way to make demons and their mentality and actions easy to understand in the event there's any confusion. Rather than thinking of the scenario we're dealing with as Human vs Human. Think of it as Human vs Nature. Demons are humanoid predators who have evolved to be able to talk, consume, and deceive in order to preserve themselves. This series has a pretty refreshing take on demons. There's no such thing as a good demon. Rip and tear, until it is done.
I strongly disagree with you. There is a singular trait that can make a demon good. As a matter of fact, like all living things, it is likely that every demon will eventually have this trait. Frieren, like the Doom Slayer, has made countless good demons. Rip and tear.
Kind of a sad story if you think of it. The demon tried to make amends but just didnt know how and went about it the wrong way. Then gets offed by himmel. Like to me the demon had good intentions but didnt know how to do it
