Bhumi, I love watching you and your family since you just being part of RNQ till you created your own channel. I just want to suggest something to you and your video editor, can you just skip the part of killing the chicken or any other animal that you about to cook and how it looked after you killed it? Just show us how you cook it will be enough I guess. We all know how it's done but not all of us have the stomach to see it. Especially when watching it with children around. *Those who don't like this comment, don't bother to say anything. I'm directing this to him and the editor only.
I am not sure of Bhumi's customs and culture, but his guests didn't have to show up empty handed. They could have brought a kind gesture to them like fruit or buscuits cookies, just something as a kind gesture. It is sad to see Bhumi's guests be so selfish, to come with nothing, yet eat the best food resources Bhumi has 😔
How long have you been watching Nepal vlogs . I only see people bring gifts when it's a cultural festivals, coming of age of young boys, children birthdays. Visitors don't bring gifts. Please appreciate the culture and don't try to suggest some kind of Western cultural unnecessary gift giving on every visitor visit. This people live in poverty already. I don't understand how some of you not see that and don't hv sensitivity.
Beatrice, I've been watching Napal Rural Quest and their relating channels for 3yrs. And yes on other channels like the jungle family, pastoral life, sanjip and jina, rojan and rita, and Kedar and Sabina Rai, I do see visitors bring gifts of fruit and money... some like the jungle man and his wife come and help Bhumi and then bhumi feeds them for their help..... those 2 men didn't look starved or poor in anyway... they were on their cell phone while Bhumi and Sharmila cooked... im just saying they could have helped cook, brought a gift or something... the fact that they just sat down and expected to be served gives to entitlement.... Even poor people take advantage of other peoples good nature!!! And that is exactly what these two men did... they gave nothing yet took part in eating Bhumi's best chicken resources... its heartbreaking because we have all seen Bhumi's and Sharmila sometimes eat just mustard greens, rice and beans without meat cause they try to save their resources and make it last. You can tell Bhumi's was bothered by the unexpected visit, he was very serious and didnt interact much with the 2 men... Bhumi's knows those 2 men are there for free food, he is just to nice to say anything to them.
@@SimplyPerfect1269 Sanjib and Jina have a little baby and see several people visit with gifts for baby. People seem to bring gifts for community cultural practices or occasions. I watch jungle man vlogs too and they get invited everywhere including Bhumi's but they don't get asked to bring gifts. Sometimes Samila( Bhumi's wife even offer cabbage & greens that they planted to neighbors. That's just a sense of community togetherness.
