Kulcha sandwich or vegetable mayo sandwich is a perfect breakfast sandwich. This is so easy and quick to make and perfect for that 4 pm hunger. You can make this for breakfast or as an evening snacks. I have replaced bread with kulcha which gives it a nice twist. These kulcha are very easily available in the market.
