Keep in mind that Surface Laptop's are primarily used for business, so it does not need a 120hz screen. Another thing, a primary business usage Laptop do not need a dedicated GPU. Also, the battery life on the I7 model can get you roughly 6 to 7 hours of real legit usage. Now, the Trackpad on the Surface Laptop 5 is without a doubt great, even without having Haptic feedback. Though for the price it should have the Haptic feature. Good video and keep them coming.
I feel like 120 hertz is something that everyone can enjoy. But my i7 model was getting about 7-8 hours of usage and I was playing videos, using Google docs and listening to music. And yeah the trackpad should have been haptic.
@@theTECHIEE The 120hz definitely makes a difference, though not for business use, which is what this Laptop is really meant for. At this point all companies need to make their Trackpads with Haptic feedback regardless how good they are. They're just being cheap and cutting corners. LOL.....
@Michael So, what exactly are you developing that requires you to have a 90hz plus refresh rate? I'm asking you because we have 20 Laptop 5's, 8 Pro 9's along with 1 SLS here at our business and 90hz isn't needed at all. And by the way, we use the hell out of ILLUSTRATOR, POS and build WEBSITES. Sounds to me that if you are a developer like you claim you damn well know you need a DGPU over a 90hz refresh rate any day of the week. Come on now brotha!
