My deepest deepest condolences. I miscarried between #3 and #2 during first trimester. A very weird non typical situation I can tell you sometime. We were open and honest to the kids about it since day 1. They refer to him/her as the 'fail baby'.. I dont know why they came up with that name, I dont like it, but here we are. It feels like a bad hashtag. We planted a fruit tree in our backyard and that's for the baby. It helps me.. a pear tree.. bears delicious snacks... blossoms in the sping and very pretty. Again, the kids know that's why that tree is important. Maybe your christmas be bright and drink all the booze.. all of it...

Not sure what we are going to do yet but I feel super grateful that we get to have that one ultrasound photo when the baby was still alive. We should definitely chat one day, I've only been planning to show up at your class for like a year now. It will happen. Hugs and thanks again!
