That’s put me off cloth and paper completely! It still looks very bumpy and poorly manufactured. Your Filofax looked a million times better

I actually picked up a secondhand (but still new) C&P A5 planner in the color Fossil, it was a different model from this current one called Foundations. The Fossil one is beautiful and built so amazing, it looks a lot like your Filofax Norfolk. If you are able to get one, I recommend it! They no longer sell it on their site but I hope all this feedback will get them to remake it.

i recently put up a post on the c&p group about how ashley suddenly announced she was upping subscription prices and making it one sub box so that pens would now be included.
i said that i already had my ride or die pens and that they were just going to sit in my drawer. no consultation on the price increase or feedback for what customers wanted. i would have loved to know the changes prior to my 6 months renewing. it's left such a bad taste in my mouth.
i asked if anyone felt the same and the post got removed and i received a warning.
unless your posts/comments are positive nothing else is allowed. it's nothing but 'yes men' and fighters that the business surrounds itself with.
Consider reporting to the BBB.
And change to a month to month box instead of 6 months ( before she changes that too 🫣)

Glad you were able to have some feeling of resolution regarding your planner. I know C&P prides itself on quality and customer service so this situation was very surprising. I too have the perpetual calendar insert and agree it is a must as it has now been a staple in my planner for 3 years….Love your setup!
You could cut slits in the today divider’s holes to make it easy to take in and out without opening the rings. I personally really like the today divider.

Yeah, honestly a bummer about the agenda. Cloth & Paper needs to do better if they're going to charge those prices. I had an issue with a previous planner too that they sent me and they gave me a similar response until I put my foot down. They need to go to better manufacturers.

I ordered the CP Petite Heirloom in Leon and when I got it, it was worn in a corner section of the cover. I sent them an email and they replaced it. They sent me a return slip and I requested the Veleta color as a replacement. As much money as these covers cost, there should be NO problems with them.
This planner cover IS NOT correct. It is easily noticeable on this video. I noted it in first minute of your video. Please don't drop this. CP just announced a price increase for their sub boxes and I'm sorry they need to be stopped. They are trying to claim luxury and build a niche for upper echelon and that is not cool. They plan to stop the pen sub Availability rolling everything into a pen and paper subscription box. I've worked in retail for many years and I can tell you the natural progression will be to stop monthly subscriptions and push you into a quarterly subscription service at a ridiculous price . Their weekly "happy hour" is a ver good vehicle for creating FOMO and pushing sales.If consumers do not stand up Nothing will change.
I was displeased with the january sub box and posted a review which conveniently is not included on their website.
Is anyone else out there questioning the validity of the cloth and paper claims Or am I the only one noticing that the emperor has no clothes?
I've written a few less than stellar reviews too and they only post my positive ones or ones that are 3 stars or higher.

Yeah, for some reason that particular color looks warped in every picture and video I see of it. I am a huge fan and supporter so I’m actually surprised because usually Cloth and Paper has great quality items/planners (I have two of their croc planners and love them both). It’s nice that they sent you a new one , no questions asked. But yeah, I think I might have asked for my money back. 🤣
It’s still not ok. I would return it. It’s not you it’s them. You could get a moterm and be happier.
I think CP is getting a bit greedy. Like I get inflation, but… the price increases soooo much? That’s not okay. Having only one sub box? Idk about that. It puts me off about them.
