It's like a little agnolotti cookie! Love it. I used to make rugelach all the time when I worked as a pastry chef and I kind of miss it. My favorite flavor was rhubarb...made a rhubarb jam filling. I really love this fig and walnut filling though! I think I'm gonna try this out out :)
Oh wow, looks mouthwatering! I will absolutely try this recipe. My husband loves cookies and all these ingredients.. gonna surprise him. And I'm sure I will enjoy these too, haha. 🎉🤗
TY sweet Dimitroula mou! I will definitely make these as soon as I can get a hold of the Greek figs strictly from Greece Another way is making even circles by using cookie or biscuit cutters or coupes that's 3 to 4" by using rolling pin to cut them even.
Fantastic ( Φανταστική) 😊 recipe chef. I have all the ingredients in hand, I will cut the butter and leave it to soften for while and make these😋. Thank you for your effort 🌹🌞😎. P. S You said that you use it for a pie crust can you please take me through 🌹🌹🌹
Tasty! I also follow Aysenur Altan and she uses a wooden press for some of her cookies. These would be fabulous made using that press . It's called Turkish Food Travel
Made them and I really like it the dough was perfect and the filling is so delicious … thanks
OMG that filling can be used for so many different things - hamentashen, rugelach, puff pastry, cookies, the possibilities are endless 😋😋😁😁
Figs are so awesome! Especially fig preserves- I'll make a pot of coffee!

Μπράβο !Από Ζιμπάμπουε
Look yummy! How do you not get flour all over your black skirt!? I get it every where!
haha! I keep cleaning it :)
Vegans tend to use nut butters like almond.
Looks good but I am not a fig fan. Thanks
You used 2 sticks of butter. That’s a whole cup of butter, not half a cup
It’s half a pound.
The fig mix came out a little too sweet and regulah dough not ideal for this,in my opinion the cookie dough is a better choice
