RIDING THE STEEPEST TRAILS AT THE GOLFIE!!! (I PUSHED DOWN PARTS!!!)

  • What a wild but fun day!!! Tommy C Hype and few of his mates came to the valley and got in touch so I could show them around some of the less ridden trails at the Golfie. These happen to be some of my favourite trails, but are crazy challenging and its nice to feel uncomfortable at times especially riding on a 120mm cross country bike. Things can get a bit sketchy and I decided to pull the plug on riding down parts of "Eliminator" due to it not being worth the risk with my racing season starting soon etc. Never feel ashamed of pushing a section you do not feel comfy on. There is plenty of time to go back and give it a go again when you feel up to it. Be sure to give the video a like and comment below if you have ever rode these trails before. Please make sure you are subscribed if you have not already. Cheers

We rode nyny and 3g-avalanche just before you guys then did Bigbaw. We were discussing eliminator and how conditions would be on it so skipped for another day. Finished on newly worked Communities. Trails were running the best I've seen in a long time. Vid was great, good to see your pov on the trails.

Watching your posts reminds me why I'm always happy to make the 7.5hr trog up from the Surrey Hills. NY NY one of my faves. good luck with with the new set up for 2020... keep up the great edits

Super late to this party but thank you for uploading an honest vid! No shame in walking, especially like you said - before a big season back then. Big up for the honest content. Cut to this year and the bonkers trails you’ve been smashing out in BC 2 years on, it’s mad! 🙌🏻⛰🚲

Video was well worth the wait bro! Sick slick and narly all in one vlog 🙌 on the steep and downhill stuff do you just feather the back brake and lay off the front brake before the corners or what? Am trying to get quicker into corners and out them or understand the technique better. awesome fun and vids as always dude. 👍
