      Late 90's when I was working in a bodybuilding gym at the age 20 what are read from books magazines and VHS tapes
      One of my clients at the time 6-ft plus straight as boad
      He was so weak he could barely left 10 kilos on the bench press
      6 months following my training program
      He had 1 max rep at 50kg that's not including the bar

When he's changed his mind, he says, "this is what I learned, this is how that worked, this is how that failed me, this is how I can use that lesson for my new goals." Other than the kinda cringey fake accent pick up tricks phase, which we all could have gone through at that age, watching him grow, learn, and mature could be a blueprint for us all

      Remember, this dude is 5'5 (probably shorter if we are being honest), has never worked a real job and dedicated most of his life to fitness for the last 13 years. The only way you don't end up looking jacked under those circumstances is if you're an idiot or just have some really really bad genetics or an unrelated health condition. Making this kind of progress when you're working 50hrs a week is unlikely without putting everything else in your life on the back burner.

    • @mikolajakubiec666
      @mikolajakubiec666 8 місяців тому +1

      @@BlueBeamProjectionist "probably shorter if we're being honest"???... Yeah so you're coping by saying that he has an advantage over you because he doesn't work a "real job". Both Natural Hypertorphy and GVS work a standard 40h / week jobs. So your excuse doesn't work.

    • @BlueBeamProjectionist
      @BlueBeamProjectionist 8 місяців тому

      @@mikolajakubiec666 I didn't mention myself at all lol. You don't know what I look like, and I'd never trade my height for his physique. You're responding with emotion like a woman.
      Alex is proportionally bigger than both GVS and NH simply because he is short. I am much more impressed by the latter two as they both have had to fill out lanky frames, and especially NH who has narrow shoulders and a wide waist but still manages to look great. You can also tell by his training style that he isn't just genetically gifted, I'd even say he's genetically disadvantaged and has made his progress in spite of it. GVS has a bigger frame but also clearly has a genetic advantage. He can train high volume, intensity AND frequency and somehow recover and continue without too many injuries or overtraining. I believe he said he put on 20lbs of muscle his first year which is pretty unheard of for naturals (post-puberty). He's the kind of guy that could be a pro if he did gear.

    • @mikolajakubiec666
      @mikolajakubiec666 8 місяців тому

      @@BlueBeamProjectionist ah, sexism,nice... / then your initial comment was absolutely pointless. You literally said absolutely nothing of value there. As for the second part of your reply, "genetics this, genetics that". Nobody fucking cares, why are you so obsessed with genetics? Apart from that, Alex is not "proprtionally bigger" than Geoff and NH. They're all of similair size or ffmi, Geoff may be slightly bigger than the other two.

    All my larger bodyparts involved in compound exercises get trained twice a week.
    Smaller muscles such as deltoids, biceps, and triceps, get once a week training.
    Volume per week is rarely more than 5 total sets per body part.
    Everything is done to failure.
    Advanced techniques such as rest pause, drop sets, stripping method, negatives, and assisted repetitions are done sparingly.

    I recently went from around 174 lbs, to 200 within a few months. What I had lacked was just eating myself stupid, on what was good food. Eggs...in large amounts, raw butter, raw milk, tons of good quality ice cream and fudge bars after the gym...ran a high volume approach, with machines for the first time in my life as well. I was already muscular and years into lifting...somewhere around 15 years of consistent lifting, but making my best gains at 30 now. So the "natural" path can lead to gains throughout ones life. I don't buy the natural limit "no one progresses unless theyre on gear" nonsense. Eat a lot of good food, do a lot of lifts to cover weak points....keep your drive fresh, focus on new movements and variations...and enjoy the process. Too much black pilling

    If your starting foundation is seeing abs and being super CUT from an early age, then your GENETICS have given you the upper hand.
    Be humble enough to thank your parents for that and not how hard you train in later life, though that should enhance your genetic potential.
    My cousin, from as early as I can remember, had visible abs and no visible signs of body fat, as did 2 school mates. The rest of the year were nothing even close to that.
    It would be like you trying to win the 100 metres running against Usain Bolt. Ain't going to happen, once again genetics
    This unfortunately detracts the advice given out.
    If someone that wasn't genetically gifted takes the advice, he / she or.... will NOT experience the same results, no matter how hard they train or how strict they are with nutrition.
    That said.... every one should stimulate their muscles on an daily basis... use it or lose it.
    Avoiding sarcopenia should be the focus, carrying extra muscle that the body really does not need for functionality is down to being just vain.
    Each to their own.
