Those aren't really the point of the video, it's not a build guide. You use what items you need to reach resistance caps or damage. I just used whatever items I happened to have on the character. But if you really need to know for some reason, 2x apollo ring, pendant of immortal rage, Laevateinn, reflection of self and anubis judgement.
Theyre not that rare of a drop if you try for them, there's just not a huge amount of those enemies so it's easy to not see one on a regular playthrough.
