- Anyone with toddlers knows that meal times can vary dramatically from breakfast to lunch or day to day. Our girls have always been small so we are constantly working to make sure they get good nutrition and all of the things they need to grow appropriately and thrive. We've found a few meals that are win win for us as parents striving to build healthier habits and picky toddlers with quick fingers and strong throwing arms 🤣 hope you enjoy. I can't believe how much they have grown, time goes by so fast. And they are so adorable.
Hey everyone! Our girls are 11 and 8 now. We did the trick of fruit last too. Usually veggies first, followed by main course, last fruit. Then milk. French toast is a great breakfast food, they loved quesodillas for lunch, and dinner…mini ravioli was a hit (local Italian brand).
The girls are beautiful 🤩 good job. Mom and dad. 🙏✨🙏

I'd reduce the amount your giving, the last plate over-faced me. The variety was great, just the amount. Try stick foods. Also don't always hover over them, we don't like being watched when eating. Absolutely carry on what you're doing, but leave them to it as well, within reach though lol

Great tips. We have to hover or they'll throw plates 🙄🙄 we haven't found any that actually stick to the table 🤦🏾♀️
@@ABrayintheLife I can imagine that's a right pain lol Picking up plates constantly!! But tell them no dinner etc if they keep throwing, but they'll only share and it's denying them food, swings and roundabouts as we say here lol , never ending problems lol much love jacq

Raising 3 toddlers can be... frustrating 🤣 but we try to be intentional in our tone and choice of words, remembering that the girls are learning and soaking everything we do up like a sponge! We're not perfect but we try to be better every day!

We love munching on a mix of cut up sugar snap peas, cheese sticks & blueberries. Love slicing with kitchen shears.
A favorite of my girls is applesauce cherry jello (has to be cherry). Make jello with hot water per package. Instead of adding cold water, substitute applesauce. You can dissolve a few red hots, for an extra kick, if desired. This is soooo yummy.

My sons use to love making funny face, mini pizzas. You can also sneak lots of veggies in the tomato sauce if they don’t eat enough vegetables. ❤️❤️❤️

Love watching videos of you guys. My daughter is 2 months behind the girls. I always get so many awesome tips on toys, traveling and food options. Thank you. Have you guys tried freezing yogurt in the pop it fidget toys? My daughter loves it. I'll give it to her as a snack or after dinner.

they don't tell you this but there have been toddlers in the hospital because they drank too much milk for too long and got dangerously low iron levels. I would limit milk to like 16oz each per day. for some reason too much milk lowers iron levels.
