The village is approx. 50 minutes inland from the coast of Aguilas. The airports of Almeria & Murcia can be reached within 90 minutes, and Alicante airport is approx. 2 hours drive.

Certainly a very beautiful & well-presented property. You must really crave the quiet life to live there or be able to form a community through some economic activity. Wonder how remote it is.

How far is it from the sea? How far is it from the nearest airport??
Is there a car port or somewhere you can park it? I did not see any cars parked on the road outside!
The house is absolutely gorgeous but what are you going to do there? There is absolutely nothing going on. Everything is quite far away. I would buy this unseen of it wasn't for the location. Search youtube for videos of El Contador and make your decision
Not everyone wants karaoke and bars. Just peace and quiet.
