I joined the Air Force because I got a low draft number in 68. Then I stayed 12 years then went to the reserves. T32271Q also had A,N,P shredouts. Got 2 associates and a bachelor's degree, made Tsgt under 6 years.
I'm trying to decide to join it interests me I've been working for a long time and want to pursue my dream of flying but I'm nervous I haven't thought about my dream in so long idk what other career I'd pursue law enforcement maybe but rn my friend is pushing me the benefits the choices and it all sounds great I just want a job that's secure finding and Doing something I LOVE.

flying panzer VII Special forces is harder to obtain I’d imagine. If you go for it, have a backup plan. Pilot is probably the safer bet, but its not special forces, granted.
Both of the Job positions you are wanting to pursue in the Air Force are not easy to get into. Both positions require you to have at least the rank of Officer, which requires either a bachelors degree from a college, or graduation from an ROTC or Air Force Academy, etc. Once you have obtained those, you must go through a LOT of tests and examinations to see if you are mentally, and physically adequate for the position. That said, even though it isn't easy to get to those positions, I think that the only thing holding most people back from achieving those goals/positions, is themselves. If you really do want to be a pilot, or be on the Special Operations team for the Air Force, then go for it!
