A Beautiful Day in Oklahoma !! I'm glad you found the chickens!! The chicks all look Great, along with the rooster!! Understand about selling some goats, I wouldn't want a goat who hurts the baby ones. How sad to come out to the two baby goats dead. But all in all, the farm is looking good! Beautiful Goats!! Have a Great Weekend!! 🤗♥️🙏🏼
Thanks so much Kim you have a great weekend
💝🙏🙏🙏🐕🐓🐔🐔🐐🐐🐐So nice to watch you working with the animals ❣
Thank you very much Glenis
Chickens are great composers. I love to hear the roosters talk to the hens. He needs a sparky stick letting his girls go astray! 🤣🤣It’s a shame about the owls. Your dog is huge! I’d not cut my notifications bell on when I subscribed. Hopefully I’ll see more of your videos now. Take care. 💖🇺🇸
Thank you Theresa we appreciate that. Silas is a big boy
Thats what Keven from Hidden Heights Farm does with his goats. 💖💖🙏🙏
👍thanks Pat
Hi Mike to put the chickens over in the shaded area try using a chicken Tractor I’m sure you could build one like Casey and Gary Walker are building from an old Trampoline and fence panels I’m sure you can come up with some sort of mobile 👏☘️🎼🎵🎶🎶🎶🤵♂️🙏☘️
Yeah, I have a good chicken tractor I use, but I usually use it just for my meat chickens. My issue was just letting them out to forage under the trees.
Thank you for helping the Eddy family on their wiring project in their cabin/ tiny house.
I would not be able to get rid of any of the goats! Their markings are so beautiful !❤❤👍
They do have great markings and they are beautiful. That’s why I want to sell them to be another form that just wants pets.
You take such good care of your animals so if the is a problem I’m sure you will take care of the problem and do the right thing. Good luck. Take care✌️🇺🇸❤️
You are so kind, thanks Charlene
Mike you are so wonderful helping the Eddy Family do all you do for them. You are awesome to do this. You remind me just what my Dad would do and I was always so proud of him. God Bless You.
I follow Zion Creek Farm. They’re in Ohio. They have purebred Nigerian Dwarf goats. They have their kids in March and April. Also you might get some ideas for your barn from how he’s done his. And they’re great people and always helping others just like you guys.
Yeah I met him at the Video Creators Conference last year
Glad you found your chicken an hope you can keep them in love the song 😂❤
Yeah, I’m gonna have to rework that fence to keep them in I think
I am glad that you found the chickens. I so admire you for all the help you give to all of your friends. You are one of the most giving people I know.
Wow, thank you for such a kind comment.
Thank you for helping Brandon with his work. I am subscribing because you are a good and honorable man. Thank you.
Good chicken herding! I'm glad you found them OK and were able to get them back in. I agree with you on clipping their wings...better than losing them to predators. Enjoyed the video Myke!
Thanks Loren appreciate you watching
Know the EFF gang was so thankful for the lights. You are a special friend.
Thanks Rebecca
Thanks, this was another very good video! Have a great day!
Awesome thank you so much Cheryl
❤🩹❤❤🩹❤❤🩹❤watching your videos!! Thank you and have a great evening!!!
I like videos that are all over the place,,never boring lol ❤❤❤
👍 thanks Wanda
I absolutely love your "for profit farm" thinking and your animal management (getting rid of non-producers or problem animals).
Thanks, Peggy.
Sure glad to meet you from Eddy Family Farm, cant wait to see your vidios!!!
Thanks for joining. Some of my most recent videos are my vacation videos so don’t hold that against me. Most of my videos are revolved around our farm.
Howdy,I came over from “ the eddy family . It’s nice to see folks still helping each other .
Well love those chickens gave u some exercises. God bless
All the animals on the farm hive me exercise. Keeps me feeling young
I think it's quite telling when the goats huddle around you when you're out with them. Thanks again for helping out the Eddy's. Life on the farm is hard enough working and raising goats. You're right about Oreo and CryBaby when the animal gets aggressive it probably will continue if you don't get them out.
The chickens heard the grass is greener on the other side so they had to check it out. I love how the goats follow you when you're feeding, it's so cute. God bless you and your family. ❤
You do what you gotta do for your farm. Glad the little one's leg is doing better. Glad you're gonna go help EFF. Love watching both families. GOD BLESS Y'ALL.
Thanks Linda. I live the Eddy family and they deserve the help
@@FowlerFamilyFarm Much respect to you Myke for all you do for our EFF! I've enjoyed watching you help with their tiny house. Thank you!
Thanks. I’m so glad your electric fence looks like mine. It’s an aggravation to me that it gets wonky but am learning to live with it.
The Bard rock chickens the best, looks and egg laying myself! Omgoodness the goats are hungry today lol
Hey y’all ❤
Hello hope you’re having a great Saturday
Thank you for helping Eddy family
Have you thought about a guard goose for your chickens. Called Hill Farms is raising a goose with their new hens so it will protect them.
That’s definitely an option. Probably a good idea. I’ve seen a couple of different channels use the goose as their protector.
Great video Mike. We kid in March & the results have been great for us. The Kiko farm that is our mentor loved our results so much that even they are thinking of moving from January kidding to March.
Thats what thinking. I did not have good results this kidding and only decent results 2 kidding ago
March was my mine and my husband’s 28th anniversary.
29 for me and Tonya
@@FowlerFamilyFarm at least you two got it right the on the first try. We weren’t so lucky ( 2nd marriage for both of us).
Enjoyed the video. You are a good friend to your friends. God bless you.💕🙏
Thanks Elaine.
Myke when you put the ducks out on the pond are you concern the birds bobcat possum coones or coyote getting them? Love y'all and God Bless 💕💕💕
Yes sort of, I would really like to put a floating house in the pond to help protect them
Ok Myke, it's officially spring, so get to work cleaning up that barn buddy, lol, chickens are looking good
I could use some help Ed I’m only about four states over
@@FowlerFamilyFarm I'll be there the 1st of May
Well shuckins', here I am in Minnesota and I would take York in a "new York minute"! (yep, I had to say it!) Sad when you have problems with animals, but yes you are right, you need to cull the ones that are not behaving and are a menace to other goats and even the babies-kids. Farming is not always easy, and protecting the good ones and the producers are realistic choices. GOD BLESS!
Thanks Kathy. Yes if you were only closer lol
Animals all looking good. God bless.
👍
May the Lord bless and protect you and your family and finding the chickens that are missing
Check the wood line.
wow mike 12,8 k subs see i told u would go up pretty fast
I have a similar goal for our spare room. On year 4
❤❤❤
❤️
Brandon from Eddy Family Farm sent me over to Scribe
Thanks Danny for coming over
Hopefully you don't have a hawk problem!
I do have a Hawk problem. But under all the trees, it’s typically a bobcat maybe even a fox like he said or now Mahak stay out in the big pasture Works open and I’m sure they’ve gotten a chicken or two.
Hey Myke
Hello Judy
Hope you find your hens. As for the goats, you do what you need to do. I think making some nice kidding stalls for next year is a great idea. Zion Creek Farm has a really nice set up in their little barn for their Nigerian milk goats. I love how well built the stalls are. 💖💖💖
I need to go check his set up out
As long as you keep Cinnamon I’ll be all right. I’ll miss Oreo but I understand you can’t have her doing that.
Yeah Cinnamon is my favorite as well
You have to do want needs to be done with the goats. I love the cruise videos. Brandon did run wires for you ❤❤
Hi guys...we just found your channel by way of another channel we subscribe to. It looks like lots of fun and we'll be making our way through your posts. We bought a 62 acre island on a lake in the Canadian wilderness this past summer. Our last episode featured the very beginning of our tiny cabin build. We'd love for you to check our journey out too! ❤
Need to make room for me babies.. so reducing the goat numbers is understandable😊
👍exactly
It was probably the pony Mike. But the best thing that happened from that is you are paying more attention to babies. Whatever the cause. If it was the goat. Get rid of it. I know you care about your animals. Blessing to you and your family. Human and animals.
Chad's (Adler farms) brother on K&s get out (Kyle) might be looking for a wether or two if you're looking to sell any.
He also wants a female or two, but doesn't want one until it's breeding time so he doesn't drive his Billy goat too crazy before then. Wants kids on the ground around this time next year.
They might take the ones that haven't produced either, and maybe even Oreo. Check with them.
Thanks Jackie. I know Chad I may get a hold of him
😊😉🙂
❤🙏
Thanks, Nana
Hi new subscriber , just interested your reasoning behind getting goats with horns vs goats without horns, tall goats vs the shorter variety maybe I’ll find out the answers going back to the beginning when your channel started. Love goats but don’t own any. Have raised a baby calf and dogs but that’s it.
I like meat goats so the the taller the meatier. The goats I like come with horns and I would have to burn the horns at birth and I just wouldn’t want to do that
👍❤️
The does that haven’t produced a kid have you bred them to the same buck each year?
No, it’s been different bucks
Lol. Not a chicken wrangler huh?? I really like COG HILL school bus system for chickens. He has a bunch of fowl though. He also uses flags to ward off flying predators. Like at car dealers. Lol. Accidents still happen. That’s a farm.
I thought about putting up flags. But I think the predators just get use to seeing them and pay no attention to them. I guess I could use flags and just periodically move them around
@@FowlerFamilyFarm hawks are so darn smart aren’t they.
Watch out for turtles when you put the ducks on the pond. The first time we did that turtles grabbed them by the legs and drowned them.
Did you see Cowboy’s babies?
They told me they had some I gonna go look right now
Naughty chickens but... Former compost pile must be full of bugs and worms! Naughty but nice???😅
🤨❤💯👌🏼
👍 Thanks Randy
🕯🧡💜🧡
Thanks, Tiffany
❤️🤍💙✌️
Thanks ❤️🤍💙✌️
Or fox !

If goats are like sheep your female goat might be a twin to a boy (brother). If mom has a boy and girl twin the girls are usually not fertile.
She did have a twin brother I want to research that
We raised sheep for over 20 years. I hear it's the same in calves too.
Have Nuka vet checked you might have a illness that causes miscarriage in your flock and it might be treatable so she could carry full term and birth healthy babies. Just a suggestion
That’s a good suggestion I want to come over and check into that
