Why isn't this band already huge? There is not a better Memphis funk band around; they are at the level of, say, a smaller Trucks-Tedeschi. The entire band is a rhythm section. And the singer is remarkable, at the level of Aretha and Chaka, when she learns to choose her spots a little better to let loose her power.

I like them just as they are: a fusion of a blues/rock band, playing soul. Horns would take away from that unique approach.
