Jeremiah 31:31
[31]Behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel, and with the house of Judah:
• It says i will make a new covenant with THE HOUSE OF ISRAEL AND THE HOUSE OF JUDAH, which are the two kingdoms (Judah being Southern kingdom, and Israel being the Northern kingdom) making up the 12 tribes of Israel...So as you can see, the new covenant/new testament is for Israel and NOT the heathen...
