I love Duke in this scene. He is all like "I used to hate you, but now I don't so I want you live, dammit!" It's funny, and it's great how they're like best friends when in the beginning they disliked each other so much.
I think Audrey would be proud of how much Nathan and Duke were starting to get along....because at least they aren't trying to throw fists at each other or insults.
One thing I always wondered was how come he never discovered her true identity sooner? That is one thing that I had a hard time trying to figure out. I think Audrey slipped up on purpose in front of Duke....mainly because she didn't wish to deal with this Lexie/Audrey alone.....and the only reason why she had slipped up in front of Nathan was because his life was on the line.
I think Audrey revealed herself to him...because his life was on the line.....and also because she was tired from hiding from him. You could tell in her facial expressions how much it was killing her to make him mentally suffer...but the reason she tried to deceive him was because she loved him and didn't want to do the guards bidding. It was a pretty genius plan if you thought about it.
I think the more beautiful moment here is Duke's "you're right, I should!" to Nathan. Such a complex, hilarious, and beautiful bromance.

I love how at the end of the series Duke and Nathan learned to tolerate each other and even become friends because of Audrey.
Nathan sounds so happy when he realizes Lexi is Audrey
