This video, really helped me. For me, my school just started back again and I wasn't as motivated as much as I want myself to be. Goal settings is the most important things to me as well. Controlling emotions is something that I really need to work on as well, as well as eliminating sugar (trying to have less sugar). In this video, I am very surprised I found a LOT of common things between us, the things we've been feeling are very similar. I can really feel how you feel and understand even though we are pretty far from age but Thank you so much for making this video. It made me more conscious on my feelings, thoughts and life.

Love this and love you ! However, I wanted to say one thing about limiting emotional reactions. Personally, I've tried it and I hated it. As you said, it's the human part of us to be emotional. So I found it better to just allow myself to feel my emotions as strongly as I need to and then pick myself up and remind myself that it's happened for a reason. I worked instead on shortening the amount of time i would spend wallowing and working on immediately activating my coping mechanisms instead of being depressed for weeks and doing that later. When I tried to limit my emotional reactions, I felt like I just couldnt move on. The feelings were just stuck in me and waiting to come out so i ended up emotionally fatigued from the effort it takes to try and limit them. But everyone is different. Try it out and let us know how it worked out for you 🤍
