Thank you for the video. I grow my lavender in doors by a south facing window (indirect sun) and direct 16 watt full spectrum led grow light. The light is on about 8 to 10 hours. Is this enough light for them? I have a young phenomenal store bought lavender and a young true english lavender I grew from seed.
Hey Rasool, thank you for watching. I have another video about 4 problems with lavenders and how to revive them. If you want, please check the Lavender playlist. There are many videos. Hope they will be helpful
new subscriber here! super helpful. i think i must have a pretty young plant. have you ever tried making oil out of just the green leaves and not blooms? is it worth it?
Hi! Thank you for subscribing. 💜 I have never tried to make oil from lavender. But I have seen videos, and it doesn't seem to be very complicated. Worth trying, for sure.
Hi Anna..thank you for the video..it came very helpful to me..last yr I did a cutting from an anouk lavender..it hasn't bloomed yet..maybe cuz it's still young..you answered my question..should I still fertilize it now and then?also..do you have any tips of how and when to propagate lavender from cuttings? Thank you
Hi mystique rose, thank you. I'm happy it was helpful. You can fertilize it once a month. As for propagation, the best time in spring. It is also possible in summer, but if the weather inyour area is too hot/dry, it may be a bit difficult. In any case, not all cutting will survive, so take more than you'd like to have
@@mystiquerose620 You can propagate lavender by seeds or cuttings. It's better to plant the cuttings directly into soil in spring. You may also need some rooting hormone. Make sure you have enough cuttings, as not all of them will grow 🌸

Should I prune my lavender if its a new bush (like reason #1) or should I wait till next year?
You can prune even the new bushes to shape them, but better in spring.
