Today, January 18, 2025, was my CGL Tier 2 exam, and I'm still reeling from the traumatic experience. The typing section was a nightmare! The massive paragraph that appeared on my screen was impossible to navigate, and the scrolling issue was unbearable. I lost my place repeatedly, wasting precious time. Despite my best efforts, I couldn't even complete the 2000-word typing task.
This isn't just my story; many candidates faced the same issue, and it's heartbreaking to see our hard work and speed go to waste. A whole year of preparation, down the drain!
I'm begging you, please raise your voice with us! We demand justice for this blunder. It's unacceptable that such a critical issue was overlooked. Please, sir, help us and guide us on what we can do to rectify this situation.

Problems faced while the actual typing tests.
Ideally there should be around 2000 keystrokes but the passage given, had unlimited words because of which students could not get time to go back and correct their mistakes. They kept on typing Till the timer ended.
Secondly there was scrolling problem, it was difficult to keep track of the passage while changing paragraph as there was scrolling glitch.
Even if some students were able to complete 2000 depressions, accuracy will still remain an issue when considered for evaluation.
Also these issues weren't there in the mock test happened before the actual typing test.

सर कल 18 जनवरी को जयपुर आनंद इंटरनेशनल कॉलेज, कानोता, जयपुर मेरा cgl मेन्स का एग्जाम था, एग्जाम सेंटर वालो ने बहुत सारा टाइम बायोमेट्रिक और फालतू कामों में लगा दिया, जिसके करण हमें कमीशन कॉपी नहीं दी, ना ही रफ सीट दी, एग्जाम स्टार्ट हो गया, एग्जाम टाइम में कमीशन कॉपी भराई गई, रफ सीट ना होने के कारण मैथ्स और रीजनिंग में 5-7 मिनट खराब हो गई, और लाइट की समस्या के चलते 4-5 बार लाइट चली गई जिसके कारण अंधेर में परीक्षा देनी पड़ी, जो हुआ सो हुआ आखिर में टाइपिंग सब कुछ बरबाद कर दिया , मैंने 2024 का chsl की टाइप भी दी थी जो मैने आसानी से कर ली थी लेकिन cgl मे कल टाइपिंग में जो पैसेज था वो 4-5 गुना बड़ा था जिसके कारण स्क्रॉलिंग के चलते 2 बार लाइन गायब हो गई और टाइम काफी खराब हो गया, में केवल 1821 कीस्ट्रोक्स ही दबा पया, टाइपिंग के कारण सब कुछ बर्बाद हो गया,

Hme bhi face hua saare issues, but I handled it very well. Mere centre pr aaspaas saare bachcho ne handle kr liya... Sir, jo bachche on the spot decision nhi le paaye whi jyada halla kr rhe.. Sb kuch hmare hisaab se nhi naa hota... Typing me lamba passage tha, scroll fast tha. Usko handle krne ke liye 2lines ka reference hmesha rkh kr type kre toh sb Shi hoga.. Matlb last 2 lines ko scroll krte time upr rkhe.

I am from Patna my centre was in danapur there were an issue of typing passage which was very longs more than 4000+ key depressions I have typed 2069 words in 15 minutes because there was a problem in passage when I tried to slide the passage the slide was going automatically down side and because of that all students were facing issues of finding exact line from which they left typing we blocked our centre and requested TCS management to look into this matter and try to understand students problem we talked to an SSc official they said we we'll look into this matter today's paper was very confusing because students were baffled at the exam hall there was cacophony all over the exam hall regarding typing test😢

Sir aaj paper accha hua but typing me bahut dikkat
1- Keyboard mera kharab tha maine invigilator se kai baar bola change kr do but usne change nhi kiya bahut se aour bacche the sir
2 - passage 2000 key depression se bhi bada aa gya tha
3 - scroll down krte tym vo itna neeche passage chala jaata tha ki doodhne me 20 sec lag jaata tha
4 - Mujhe lag rha tha passage kai baar repeat ho rha tha I think technical glitch tha.

mera center jabalpur madhya pradesh tha mere yahan multiple times ans tick karne ke bad voh firse untick hote rhe kyi bar ek hi que.ko do do bar tick karna pda next que. par jane ke bad piche wala untick hojata tha center walo se bola bhi unhone kaha hamare hath mai kuch nahi isse bahut time barbaad hua iska kya kare sir ab no.of attempt kam ho pae iske wajah se 😢

Sir mera speed 35 words per minute aata tha hmesha....aaj jo mock bhi hua h exam me usme bhi main 10 mint me 1900 key strokes maara hai...but main typing me scrolling ke karan mera 1700 e ho paya h ....I am failed😢😢😢😢
